Chapter Nine

They reached the academy. Outside of it is an enormous gate with the Marie's emblem and name.

They got out from the vehicle and entered the Marie Academy's gates. They saw a girl standing in the middle and smiling towards them.

"Hi! I'm Maddilyn, the SSG President and Welcome to Marie Academy and Welcome Back Athena!" Maddilyn welcome them with a wide smile.

Athena thanked Maddilyn for her warm welcome to her previous school. Maddilyn smiled to her and look to Ares's way.

Maddilyn scanned Ares's looks and behavior at first met.

"I see, a silent one?" Maddilyn asked Athena if she's guessed correctly.

Athena nod and apologize on behalf on Ares's presence.

"Oh don't mention it. Well I guess, you, Athena know this place. Am I correct?" Maddilyn asked and Athena nodded.

Maddilyn clapped her hands "That's great! Can you show Ares the school so you two have some time together?"

Athena was about to deny when Maddilyn took something on her pocket and gave it to the both of them.

It was a two room keys. "Also, they are your room keys. You two should separate roo---"

"Can we share one room since I don't like interacting with other people?" Ares suggested, cutting Maddilyn. Both girls stared at him.

"I mean, we're roommates in our school. What's the problem with that?" Ares stated his idea.

"We have some rules that is needed to be followed. There are separate rooms for girls and boys." Maddilyn told the rules and regulation that every Marie Academy student follows.

Meanwhile in the IQ University, all the students are gathered in the auditorium. All the leaders are in the stage standing behind the principal.

"We are gathered here for a very important matter." Mr. B start his announcement.

"As of today, IQ University has been improved our use of technology." While Mr. B is giving his speech, all students are seating quietly and listening attentively.

"As of today, we'll change the way of the WAR."

Some students react when they heard that horrible word and some just don't care about the changing.

Back in the Marie Academy, some students from other school are coming and roaming around the academy.

"Participants, please proceed to the hall for the registration."

A voice was heard in the speaker telling all participants in the contest to proceed in the hall.

Athena and Ares was roaming the academy when they heard the speaker. They went to the hall and saw few students listing their names and were given a number.

While Athena is filling up for the registration, someone yelled that both. Athena and Ares looked back.

"Athene!" A girl with a long brown hair approach her together with a familiar woman.

"Gail..and...Miss.." Athena was stunned and couldn't speak, she think that she could cry at the moment.

"It's good to see you again, Athena." A formal yet caring tone.
