Chapter Thirty-One

"Where are the two, Tyler?"

Minerva gathered all the PSS members late at night when their leaders aren't at the dorm and it's already curfew. Guards always check the list of students who check-in on every dorm building and if the name of the student isn't registered, the student council will give them a punishment if the reason isn't that important.

Since the president and the vice-president of the student council aren't at their dorm, the PSS doesn't know what they'll do. They're hoping that they have a good reason.

"I thought you're with Athena, Tyler?" Jessa asked Tyler, who's sitting in the middle while all members surround him.

"Chillax! They're safe!"

Minerva didn't buy his excuse, "Oh really? Paano mo nasabi? Austin saw them going in a different direction before we went to the dorm."

"Uhmm... I just received a text from him that they will be here tomorrow since they have to do something...hehe" Tyler tries to make a reasonable excuse for them to believe.

"May gagawin sila? Patingin ng text ni Ares." Jessa demand to give the phone to her.

"Oh! I just delete the text!"

Napasimangot si Minerva at tinawag si Shaira, "Hack his phone and see if Twin B message him."

Shaira nodded and when she was about to get her laptop, Tyler shouted, "Hey! Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act! I have the right to complain!"

Napatigil si Shaira at napatingin kayna Minerva at Jessa. Natawa naman si Minerva, "Oh? Now you're using the law? Ok."

"Sec. 7, Art. III, of the 1987 Philippine Constitution. The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized." Minerva challenged him with the law also.

"Now, are you gonna show the message or Shaira will hack your phone?" Minerva threatened him but Tyler suddenly rushed to his room and locked himself up.

"Hey! Boys, get Tyler!" Jessa commands them and since Ares is nowhere and Tyler is somewhat guilty, they follow her.

"Geez! Boys..."

After an hour, they give up since they didn't get Tyler out of his room and there's really no message from Ares. They decided to sleep first and later report their whereabouts to the faculty and staff.

Bumisita si Austin sa dorm ng PSS at nakita lahat ng miyembro na nasa lobby na tulog. Hinanap nito si Minerva at nakitang mahimbing nakahiga sa sahig, lumapit ito para gisingin.

"Minervs...Minervs..."

Nagising si Minerva at daling bumangon, "Austin? Anong ginagawa mo dito?"

"That's also what I'm gonna ask you, why are y'all here?" He asked as he scans the whole lobby.

"Twinny and Twin B didn't return last night," Nagulat si Austin sa sinabi ni Minerva. "And when we asked Tyler, he just escapes like a guilty prisoner."

Minerva let a sigh out and inform Austin to wait for she will take a quick shower. While Austin's waiting for Minerva, a sound of a door opening was heard and when he looks for it, he saw Tyler walk quietly and carefully with one's heels raised and one's weight on the balls of the feet.

"Is he tiptoeing?" Austin gave him a questioning look

Tyler saw Austin staring at him like a predator waiting to catch his prey. Nanlaki mata nito at dali-daling tumakbo palabras ng dorm.
