Chapter Twenty-Eight

"Take care, Madam! See you on Monday!"

Luckily for Athena's discharge, the next day is weekends so she can still rest well in her room. Austin picked them up and accompanied them to the PSS Dorm.

"Athena! Minerva!" All PSS-Girls rushed to them and asked various questions, at one time.

"Okay ka lang ba talaga?"
"Masakit pa ulo mo, Ate?"
"What's the cause?"

"Oy! Pagpahingahin niyo muna kami at di sinasabi sa amin yung cause." Minerva sigh, remembering what happened earlier before they discharge with the nurse.

"I'm okay, the cause is not that important," Athena confirmed that made them looked at her. Minerva immediately held her shoulders in surprise. "You know the cause? Ano yun? Bakit di mo sinasabi sa akin?"

"Like what I said, the cause is not that important. I'm just gonna rest for a bit." Pagod na sagot ni Athena at umakyat na papunta sa kaniyang kwarto.

"Doc, ano pong nangyari kay Athena?" Dumating yung Doctor na nag-check kay Athena at kanina pa ito kinukulit ni Minerva bago sila mag-discharge sa hospital.

"I'm sorry, Miss Ty but I must go. I have a next operation." Paumanhin nung doctor at umalis papunta sa Emergency Room.

Habang nasa labas at kinukulit ni Minerva yung Doctor, nasa loob si Athena at inaayos yung kaniyang gamit.

"Miss Bernadea," Tawag sa kaniya nung nurse habang tinitingnan yung kaniyang mga records.

"Have you taken some antidote or painkillers before?"

Napaisip si Athena sa tinanong sa kaniya, Maybe this has something to do in my condition, Athena thought.

"Wala naman po," Athena answered.

The nurse nodded, "Well, the doctor found inside your body but make sure talk to your father and brother about this matter,"

My-WHAT?! Father and brother?!

"Uhm..What do you mean my fa--," Bago pa matapos yung sasabihin ni Athena ay biglang alis nung nurse para sa next patient.

"It's impossible! I don't have a father at this moment neither a brother, I'm the only child! Baka nagkamali lang siya ng sabi sa akin,"

Athena shook the thoughts as she went to her room. As soon as she opens the door, Ares immediately appeared in her vision, sitting at their mini library area.

"Oh, you're here." Ares seems to be busy with all the paper works on the table.

"Yeah, we just got here a while ago." Athena noticed that there is some pile of papers that Ares separate from the others.

"In case you need my signature, leave them on my table and I'll check it after I get some rest," Athena informed him before entering her room.

"Baby, I want you to have a normal life..." A fatherly figured appeared.

"Daddy, Is that truly effective? There are no side effects?" A 10-year old girl, Athena Bernadea, interrogates her father as he gave her a liquid substance to drink.

"You don't trust your daddy? Mana kaya ikaw sa akin, We're both genius!" Parehas silang tumawa.

"NO! MOMMY! DADDY?!"

"-JAMES?!" Nagising bigla si Athena sa biglaang sakit ng ulo.

"What an awful and weird dream," Napatayo si Athena at lumabas na. Nakita niya sa lamesa niya mga papel na galing kanina kay Ares. Lumapit ito at binasa ang mga ito.
