Date Night

*Freezer and Azura walk side by side down the road towards the city, Azura taking in the view around them as they stroll* *dragon ball super romantic evening theme plays*

Azura: Woahhh… *smiles slightly* I don't think I got the chance to fully check out this place… It's so nice!
Freezer: Yeah! *rests his arms behind his head casually* We can't go out often either, cause everyone's an earthling around in the city. Blue swears that if we show ourselves over there, it'll cause a big ol' fuss…
Azura: Oh I bet… I haven't been here since I left... I was afraid of this place due to the earthlings... I'm just glad we had luigi...
Freezer: *sighs* It sucks not having them know we save them all the time…
Azura: But… Part of being a hero isn't needing that recognition to do good, right? *looks over at Freezer and blushes* I-I mean, it just matters that those were saved! 
Freezer: True… *lightly kicks a rock that's on the road while looking at the ground now* It just sucks, y'know? What's there to being the best when nobody knows you are!
Azura: I wouldn't say nobody…
Freezer: *heart skips a beat from that, quickly looking over at her* Huh…?
Azura: *blushing hard after saying that* I mean, well… You have us, and we know you'll become the strongest there is! 
Freezer: *smiles after being reassured, suddenly hugging Azura against his side while they walk* Yeah… You're right...
Azura: …!~ *steams up from his sudden pull* 
Freezer: I'll keep on pushing more and more, until even Kronus shits himself when he sees these muscles! *chuckles happily*
Azura: *gulps as her hand unintentionally rolls along his abs* A-aha… *takes a moment to process the Kronus statement, then gets a sweatdrop* I uhh, don't wanna think about Kronus doing that—
*both of them look at each other after Azura says that, then both snort into a wholesome laughter together, getting closer to the city's entrance*
*after a moment longer of walking, they finally make it to the city's entrance and are treated by the man himself: Luigi*
Luigi: *a tall indian man with a puffy mustache, fitted neatly in khakis and a nicely ironed green polo shirt* *whistles to himself casually outside of the small burger shop while waiting, but looks over to see Freezer and Azura approaching* Oh! Hello! *waves* Is that you freezer? Is that the friend?
Freezer: *walks ahead a bit of Azura and nods* Yup! Yours truly! *raises his head to show Luigi that it's him*
Luigi: Good to see you again! *glances over at Azura's shorter figure* And who might this be?
Freezer: *holds her close to him with a big smile, Azura takes her good off* This is Azura! My date!
Azura: *steam poofs out from her hood, flustered beyond belief* E-eheh…! Hey!
Luigi: *happy eyes as he gently bows to them* Oh Azura! It's been too long my sweet heart! Of course blue would hide you from me! Tell her I loved the surprise! Welcome to my store! I'm closed today, but we have a special reservation for you two!
Azura: Special reservation? I thought we had to— *thinks for a moment, then blushes worse* D-did Blue set this up before…?!
Freezer: *scratches his head* Ooh, uhh, sounds like it! How did she know?
Azura: You're right, how did she—?
Freezer: *pulls Azura into the shop* Who knows, haha! Let's eat!
Azura: Oop—!! Alright, alright!
Luigi: *chuckles as he watches them scurry in, following behind them and closing the door so no one comes in with them*
*as they situate themselves on the small seats in front of the counter, Luigi slips by to the kitchen, already preparing a special burger for both of them*
Azura: *wipes her cheek a bit from how it's itching her, letting out a soft whine* Jeez… 
Freezer: Hm? What's wrong Azura? *glances over at her, seeing that she accidentally wiped off some makeup* Ooohhh… Wait, I think this is the first time I've seen you wear stuff like that! Why start now?
Azura: A-ah, well… It's my first time going out, so I wanted to look presentable… *soft sigh* But it's so itchy, I don't know how Blue wears this stuff sometimes…!
Freezer: Itchy? *sweatdrop* I didn't think makeup could be itchy… Are you allergic to it?
Azura: *heart sinks when she hears that, making her gulp* I-I hope not…!! Oh gosh, I don't wanna think about that
Freezer: Oh, sorry! *thinks for a moment, then grabs a napkin that was on the table* Hey, look at me…
Azura: *follows his word, but once she turns he grabs her chin still, using the soft napkin to wipe her face gently to get the makeup off* H-huh…? Wait, but what about looking presentable?
Freezer: You think I care about a lil thing like that? Man, maybe you're the goofy one here… *grins and finishes wiping her off, getting a blush at the sight of her* Besides, a face like that doesn't need makeup… Can't pamper a diamond to look better than it already is...
Azura: *face turns solid red like a cherry* J-jeez… Since when were you a smooth talker?
Freezer: Hey, I worked hard on that! 
Azura: *giggles at his response, not caring that he's still holding her chin* Well, you did a good job…
Freezer: *slowly grins* Damn I'm good…
Luigi: Sorry to interrupt, but how does my signature sound for you two? I already started, but I'm sure you will love it!
Freezer and Azura: !! *sit back normally again, nodding in response* Sounds good!
Luigi: Good good! *Flips the burger, preparing the buns and toppings carefully* How are the groceries looking over at the house? Anything you need before the stores close?
Azura: Oh! I think Kobura used the last of the ribs earlier today now that you mention it!
Freezer: Yeah, and Blue ate the last of the ice cream too… 
Luigi and Azura: *look at him with a blank stare* *in their heads* We know you ate it… 
Luigi: *chuckles and goes back to cooking* Alright, alright… I'll be sure to grab you two those groceries by tomorrow! For now… *hands them each a signature burger, fresh seasoned burger patties with the freshest meat sprinkled along with sea salt, a pinch of hot sauce, based in butter, lettuce, tomato, pickles and fresh simple cheddar cheese* Here you are! The Luigi Special!
Freezer and Azura: *stare at the burgers with their mouths watering, in awe at the spectacle in front of them*
Luigi: Go on, it won't bite back! Haha! *crosses arms as he awaits them to try it*
Freezer: *wasting no more time, he suddenly digs in, eating the dish at a breakneck pace*
Azura: *does the same, but uses way more manners as she eats, being careful not to spill any toppings out*
Luigi: *smiles under his bushy mustache, enjoying seeing their happy faces as they eat* 
*time passes, leading Freezer and Azura to finish their burgers at the same time, both letting out a satisfied sigh as steam flows from their mouths*
Luigi: So, how did you like your meal?
Freezer and Azura: SECONDS!! *jump up from the chairs and go up to his face*
Luigi: A-aha! Well, I do have to close soon for tomorrow morning… I have leftovers, so take them home with you! *holds up a tuppleware container with the meals all stuffed up in it neatly* Here, take it you two.
Azura: Thank you! *takes it and bows her head respectfully* 
Luigi: Be sure to make it last until you get home, alright?
Freezer: No promises… *drooling while looking at the food again*
Azura: *pulls on his horn* No! We're keeping this for tomorrow's lunch together!
Freezer: Agh! Alright, alright… *smiles* So, by that… you mean you wanna date again tomorrow?
Azura: E-erm…! Well… *shyly let's go of him, rubbing her arms a bit* If that's alright… I just really like spending time with you…
Freezer: You think you're the only one? *chuckles* You really are more of a goof… 
Azura: *subtly begins to tear up, not doing the best to hide it*
Freezer: Huh? What's wrong…? *worried expression, before Azura grabs the food and pulls him out of the shop* Uh-oh… Have a good night Mr. Luigi! *waves back to him as they both leave*
Luigi: *waves back with a sweatdrop* Haha, you as well you two! Get back home safe!
*Azura walks them away far enough so they're away from both Luigi's as well as the city entrance, making Freezer more and more anxious* *dragon ball super broly memories of bah theme plays*

Freezer: *gulps* Alright Azura, you're starting to scare me now… Did you not like me calling you a goof?
Azura: Of course not… *stops and let's in a sharp breath, smacking her cheeks to reassure herself, and turning to face him* There's something else you can call me that I would prefer…
Freezer: Huh? Hmmmm… *thinks about it deeply, scratching his chin while staring off into space* Something else I can call you… Something else… Hmmmmm…
Azura: *lets him think for a moment, her heart beating out of her chest from how fast it's going* … 
Freezer: Hmmmmm… Hmmm… Oh? Nah, not that… Hmmmmmmm…
Azura: *can't take the wait anymore, suddenly pulling his head down and giving him a long kiss* *face is solid red, but it simmers down as the kiss goes on*
Freezer: …!! *eyes widen while she does this, but slowly gets relaxed as time goes on* *after a moment, they part from each other while looking into each other's eyes* I-I… Wha…—
Azura: Your girlfriend, dummy…~ *gets her signature cat mouth, letting out a soft giggle*
Freezer: *gulps, blushing hard as he lets out the same chuckle* I… wasn't expecting that… Woah…~
Azura: You're not the only one who can be a smooth talker y'know… *winks at him* 
Freezer: I'mma keep that in mind. *smirks and kisses her this time*
Azura: *immediately melts into it, loving the kisses* *in head* This is the best thing that's ever happened to me…! I'm so glad I took the dive!! *both part from the kiss and look at each other once more, making Azura steam up again* Ready to head home, boyfriend?
Freezer: *sweatdrop* Please, call me Freezer… *chuckles a bit*
Azura: *sweatdrops as well* I don't even know who's cornier anymore at this rate!
Freezer: Well we can both be corny! *picks her up suddenly and puts her on his shoulder* C'mon, let's head home…
Azura: Ah— *flustered from being suddenly picked up, but smiles happily as she sits comfortably on him* Of course! 
*with a sudden moment that felt like an eternity, Freezer and Azura made their way back home after a fun first date, trekking down the road trail back to home as the sun sets behind them slowly* (To Be Continued...)
