Mark: Tch… *serious face* It's like you've fought me before… Just who are you?

Cass: *rushes over to Harut, sitting next to him in the stands* Am I late?! I'm missing out on Lord King's fight!
Harut: Hahaha… No, you're just in time! *grins widely, panning up to show how his face looks; a sickly pale skin tone with scars across his face, blue eyes, and red messy hair* 
Cass: Phew… I got caught up in something, and I was getting annoyed I would've missed the show… *grins, looking up and seeing King and Mark clashing evenly* I never got the specifics of that collar our lord is wearing… What does it do specifically?
Harut: Oh, that giant thing? *snickers* You see, it's called an Inhibitor Cuff, designed by Azrael… The wearer has a percentage of their power lowered to provide a handicap for the opponent, an instrument specifically requested by Lord King himself! Truly genius!
Cass: An inhibitor? *looks down at the fight again with a curious expression* How much of a percentage is King being restricted by?
