To lose ones child is a lose worse then any other. Madeleine didn't get out of bed once she had recovered, she didn't speak to anyone and if they came into her room she'd never even acknowledge they were even there. She only left her chambers to take care of her duties and her country, then after she'd head right back. She felt like she was dying, like she wouldn't be able to live again. Someone had murder her child, they almost ended her life and she would have their head. She will make them pay, she was sure of that. Madeleine was never one to use violence, but now the kind part of her was dead. She vowed the day she found out her baby, Charles and her baby was dead, that she would never marry. She would never open her heart to another, not Charles, not Henri, nobody. Queen Madeleine Elizabeth Victoria was now a bitter queen, a queen that had everything taken from her.
They ruined her, they ruined every part of her. And for why, she did not know. "The baby, the baby is gone." Charles had spoken softly yet heartbrokenly to her the day she had woke. Those words wrung in her mind over and over again. They cried into each other's arms for what seemed like hours, Madeleine denying that their child was really gone. She had been so careful, she had every drink and every meal tested twice. How, how did this happen?! She screamed in frustration, knocking everything off her table. The pain was so unbearable, her heart was shattered into pieces, the ability to even breath becoming to hard. She fell to her knees crying, all she could do was cry, and cry. Hoping and praying that her life would be taken just as her child's was.
Charles ran into her chambers, hearing her sobs. His heart had broken seeing Madeleine like this, but he felt for her as he had just lost the child his wife carried and the child his lover did. He picked her up, holding her to his chest ignoring all protest she made. He wasn't going anywhere, he wasn't going to let her go through this alone. "Get off me and get out!" She shouted hitting his chest. He just held her closer and tighter, nothing she could say or do would make him leave her. "I don't want you here! I don't want you near me! I don't want to see you! I don't want to hear you voice! I don't want to think about you or crave your touch!" She cried. Charles just wiped her tears, placing soft kisses all around her face. "You know none of that is true. And even if it wasn't I'm not going anywhere. I love you and I'm not going anywhere. I know you are hurting, I am hurting to! But now we need each other more then ever. So please don't push me away. Please Madeleine." His voice was soft but broken, his words had calmed her. She looked up at the man she loved, wondering if she could ever really be his, and have his child once again.
The two spent hours in each other arms, in complete silence. Occasionally they steal glances at each other, both of them knowing completely that they would always be each other's. Madeleine looked up at him, both with pure hurt and love in her eyes. "Our child, our child is gone." She whispered. Those four words shattered his heart. "I know my love, I know. But we will get through this." He stated kissing her head. "I love you. I will always love you." She said looking into his eyes. Charles responded with a soft kiss, which she gladly returned. He tried to pull away but she pulled his face back kissing him again with every bit of passion she had. He was taken back, but returned the kiss. So much hungry and need filling them both. Madeleine looked at him them turned to the door shouting to her guards. "Nobody enters. The queen does not want to be disturbed."
Charles smirked at her words they both had an understanding on what they both wanted and needed at this very moment. He started attacking her neck with kisses, making sure to hit her sweet spot. Madeleine giggled letting out a soft moan of pleasure. The two hadn't taken any time to rip each other's clothes off, they had been foreign to each other's touch for way to long. They knew they shouldn't but it felt so right. She made sure to kiss every inch of his body, declaring it hers, as he grew impatiently. He flipped them over being careful not to hurt her, looking at her for her permission like always. She just giggled and nodded giving Charles the only answer he needed.
He carefully slipped himself inside her, both a groan and a moan of pleasure escaping both their mouths. Charles went faster, as she dug her nails into his back. Their moans and groans were sure to be heard by the whole castle that night, but neither of them cared. He looked down at her going harder until, she moaned his name leading them both into their climax. Madeleine didn't dare stop there, she hadn't had enough of him yet. She flipped them over, climbing on top of him taking control. He looked up at her both amazed and with a sly smirk. Wow was she beautiful he thought. But was soon taking back by this as she slipped him inside her. He groaned holding her waist, she giggled as she began moving slowly teasing him in every way possible . "Cupcake don't tease." He breathed heavily, begging. She quickly obeyed anxious to fill his every need. They both moved in sync with each other, enjoying each and every moment of it. Soon they both were breathing heavily, laying each other. Madeleine laid her head on his chest running her fingers up and down his stomach. " I never want this to end." She whispered before falling asleep. He kissed her head on return. "It won't, my love." He whispered, holding her close falling asleep. Just for that moment all their pain and loss evaporated.
