Wait..

The silence was defining as the group stared at me, and I cleared my throat to knock the out of it, the Cheif was the first to respond though he stutterd and the nervousness could be heard in his voice.

" w-well then, um I think that this would be a good time for everyone to go back to their homes and rest for a bit, um Alayah do you think you could come and see me tomorrow sometime, we can talk about your situation and how to get you home then."

I nod and stand up saying a quick thank you and goodnight to everyone before leaving Thora and Ebbe following behind shortly after. As we walk my mind wanders and I look at the sky, the sun has fallen allready and the stars have taken its place, it was magnificent and I wanted nothing more then to shift, but I couldn't because I would be in more danger as a dragon here then a human and I wouldn't be able to be a human afterwards as I was still injured and needed to heal. At the door of the hut I realized I didn't want to go in at least not for a bit longer.

" Thora? Ebbe? Do you mind if I stay out here a bit longer? It's a nice night and- *sigh* I would like to sit under the stars for a bit yeah?"

" all right, ebbe? Can you get a blanket so she doesn't get cold? And Alayah we will allways be here if you need anything, anything at all"

" thank you both really, this means a great deal to me"

Thora just smiles as ebbe leads her back inside and I continue my walk I didn't really plan on a direction untill I ended at the open grassy area where Olaf and his freinds were fighting, it could still be seen by the village but was far enough to be a bit private, off to the side farthest away from the village and near sharp cliff stood a tree, a tall and strong oak whose branches seemed to reach out to the ocean as if wanting to touch it. Sit down at its base watching the sky for any sign of a dragon, I went from seeing many dragons a day to none in an instant, it was off putting. I sat there thinking of so many things for a very long time, I didn't realize how late it was until I heard a slight shuffling behind me. Thinking it's a stray animal I paid no mind, I should have brought a lantern or candle with but my eyesight is one of the things I get from my frigg, so the dark was barely a Hinderance in this case.

I hear the shuffling again but this time followed by voices and I stay still trying to decide who it is while trying to tame the hope that had bubbled into my chest in hope it was one of the riders. My hearing picks up the voices again they seem to be arriveing at the feild where I am and I can clearly tell who the voices are.

" why are we out here so late Olaf?"
" shut up Hord!, I saw someone walk out here earlier tonight and I wanted to see who it was!"

Those were followed by various whisper shouting and and comments from the other friends in the group, I sat there and waited for a bit until they got closer or noticed I was here, it wasn't like I was hiding and my staff lay on the ground next to me. As I wait not takeing my eyes off the stars.

" there's someone right there, go ahead let's get them!"

" no Borstig, shh lets sneak up on them.."

A moment passes and I can hear them get closer they are not that quiet and if I was any game thy were hunting I would've been long gone by now. Decideing it's time to make myself known I speak.

" hello again. Don't worry I'm just enjoying the starts tonight, you you care to join? Olaf? Hord? Snorri? Borstig? And you Toki?"
