I was curled around her when they found us in the morning. I wasn't mentally there in the morning either the oddness of being in a new place has made my senses be on high alert constantly, and the presence of a smaller creature near me spurred my instincts and I nearly spouted fire at the person. My growling woke up valka and she stopped them from comeing closer.

" WOAH STOP!—Frigg it's ok, it's just hiccups freinds they won't hurt me or you, calm down."

" what's wrong with her? She's never acted like this since she's been here"

Valka pats my shoulder and I lay back down looking back over the ocean, while she talks.

" frigg is very protective of smaller creatures, and what I've seen recently, I think she had some children of her own, there's a sadness in her eyes only a mother would see."

" so frigg has children she lost and that why she's verry protective over things? And she doesn't like most men?"

" yes Astrid, it seems so. Now what do you need me for?"

They continue to talk and valka pats me once more before leaving I stay on the hill for most of the day untill a commotion by the beach catches my interest. Leaving my hill I walk down to the docks being able to see above everyone I listen to what's going on.

"-as chieftain of burn you are banished forever due to crimes against the village people. We will give you a small boat and some food for a few days if you come back you will be sentenced to death"

Hiccup states standing in from of the man who beat his wife that I saved. He was red with anger but unable to do anything with the dragons behind and in front of him.

" that woman is a lousy good for nothing wench and SHE DESERVED EVERYTHING I GAVE HER! You will never forget me I'll get you all back for this!"

I lean down from the cliffs and growl my eyes flashing in anger as he looks at me in fear and scrambles onto his small boat and rows away from everyone. Everyone leaves the docks and beaches, their voices mash together mothers holding their children close a young teen passes me carefully and I watch him as he nearly runs into another man barely missing him but running into my tail instead tripping over it and causing me to laugh at his clumsiness. Bending to make shure he's ok I gently grab his shirt and help him up making sure we're not in anyone's way as they leave.

I see a young girl run down the steps and grab his hand tugging him back to the village giggling, I watch softly smiling a bit as I think of Helen and Eret. I must've gotten lost in memories because a hand on my arm shocked me looking down at the human I see hiccup his mother and Astrid looking up at me curiously.

" what'd ya say frigg? Do You want to meet gobber? he'll feed you some good fish give you some cool upgrades...."

Sniffing I watch as they take that for a yes and I follow them through the village again. The sound of metal gets louder as we near a open building a few people and their dragons linger outside the shop. I catch sight of a burly man adjusting a saddle thing onto a dragon nearby and hiccup calls out to him

"Hey gobber!"

"Ah hiccup, jus' tha' man I wanted to see. What do ya think of this saddle? I jus made 'er"

Gobber bounces around hiccup as he talks running in and out of the blacksmith shop as hiccup try's to get his attention to focus.

" it's nice gobber I was thinking of getting the measurements for frigg so we could make a saddle for her she's the biggest dragon that we've had to make a saddle for and she's healing so until she gets a proper rider making a saddle now would be easier."

" eye, take er around back I've very busy but we'll measure her she can't be that big so she'll fit."

" um gobber she won't fit- would you- can you stop for a second and take a look at her? Gobber she-"

" don't worry hiccup I'm shure this saddle will fit her fine she can't be bigger then yer mums"

I see gobber lumber around the shop grabbing a saddle and handing it to hiccup who strains under the weight for a minute untill he sets it down on a nearby table.

" gobber nothing will fit- please listen, I know your buisy but we can take our time with this one she doesn't have a rider yet-"

" ok hiccup I'll bite, now where is this giant dragon that won't fit into any of the saddles?"

I puff up a bit as I see hiccup walk out and gesture to me soon followed by gobber who looks up at me in shock.

" Odins beard hiccup-"
