While the construction was going so well, problems are starting to pop up. First problem, I found there was a missing thing that we really need to make our observatory functionable, and of course, its the telescope itself, and how are we gonna observe the distant stars without it.
While I was trying to solve the first problem, which I was going nuts, it turns out that the solution is to buy one, another problem just pop up, which its called "Who would work here?" problem. I needed to find some people that really need to work here, and I realized that it needs to be smart ones who would work on this observatory.
While I was trying to make requirements for the people who should be qualified to work here, another problem just popped up, and it was the regulation of the electricity, and the electric systems are far too complex to be solved by myself, and I will hire some electric engineer, also they can also help building the solar power plant nearby to power the other half of the electricity supply.
While the problems had already solutions, minor problems keep popping up, like water regulation, the control panel, the security and the jobs list, which it was instantly got a solution.
After figuring out for the requirements to work here, I decided to make an ad, to be sent in the internet. I also went to the nearest town and put some fliers on how to apply. Here are those requirements for special jobs, which are the ones who will run the telescope, who has knowledge to solve technical problems,who also knows math very well, who has a prior knowledge of astronomy and rocket science, an astrophysicist, and also a special electric engineer:
-Must graduate from masters degree or above
-has 128+ iq
-and has something special [Not needed, and it's optional]
The rest are normal jobs, like the usual ones in a simple workplace. Which it doesn't need those requirements. Here are the normal jobs that is being needed:
-electrician
-delivery guy
-janitor
-Security guards
-data traffic manager
-watchman
-canteen workers
-engineers, which they are middle class ones
After that, I decided to help the construction workers to finish this place up, and I let some of the villager shepherds to do some carpeting and to decorate the rooms. After those things, this is enough to run the place.
