Chapter 63: Doing Task

The next day, I woke up, alone. I don't know where Kurumi went, so I decided to look for her, and as I went to the dining room, she was here for a while now, waiting for me to wake up, showing her smug face. We decided to have my first morning conversation, and it was the first time I did that since I still have my parents. We were both starting to have bond at this point, and I wanted to have some fun with her. I found out that she was born rich, and I was a middle class citizen when I was born.

After our breakfast, we prepare ourselves to go to the observatory to work, and then Carrie gave me a call. She said that the underground tunnels are completely ready and it is ready to be use.

We decided to go my workplace using Carrie's finished tunnels because it connects all the way to the other locations on this Area 211, which includes my observatory and that is where my workplace is located. There are so many tunnels, and we decided to go through one of them, only to get lost. We don't know what tunnel is it, so we try to go into random tunnels until we reach the observatory, and as we went through those tunnels, we see some unoccupied rooms that is going to be filled with stuff and some other things that Carrie wants.

It took an hour for us to go to the observatory. The tunnels has no signs on which we are heading. 

As we reach the observatory, one of the miners were wandering around. I told him to put signs to avoid getting lost when someone uses this tunnels. He agreed and then he contact his co-workers to put signs. And when we reach my workplace, we run in to Freddy, and this happened:

Freddy: Why are you here much sooner, and why is SHE with you?

Ruiz: Well we both got lost using Carrie's tunnels that connects to any other place, which includes my village, my mineshaft and the observatory. She's with me so I can do my job faster.

Kurumi: Both of us went nuts on which way we should go, and it took an hour to finish it.

Ruiz: After we manage to reach the observatory, I saw a miner and I told him to put up signs on which way we should go.

Freddy: Understandable, have a great day.

After an encounter with Freddy, he went to the upper floor where the animatronic lounge is located, while we both head on to the office to do some daily work.

Just at the early at the afternoon, my job is done thanks to Kurumi again. We decided to have some fresh air outside and then we saw a flying man, with an elytra, the same thing that I have. I decided to scream to get the attention, and he got it, but he screamed back, screaming for help. He decided to come down and ask if he needs help, he needs to take a break from flying for a while. He ask this: "what is this place?" I told him that is the observatory, and he looked at me, and he thinks that I am a smart guy, which I know he was right. He decided to explore the entire observatory for a while, just to see what it looks like. We did a showcase to our observatory, and it became the entire Area 211 tour.

We decided to use Carrie's tunnel, which it has signs now so we wont get lost, just like this morning. We went to the Fisherman's Experimental Fish Farm. He was amazed, and I showed him to the library, which contains so many books, and he ask about what are the librarians are doing here, and I told him that we were experimenting some new enchantments, and I gave one free book, and it is the Burning Thorns. It inflicts burn when the wearer gets attacked. He was impressed, and I told him that If he still have time, please help me for a while. The reason why I ask that is because I need to pay off the miners, and I am not the leader of this mines.

He decided to help us, and I gave Kurumi a perfectly enchanted diamond pickaxe, she quickly learned on how to use it, and then we started working.

After an hour of mining, we manage to pay off our debt from the miners. It was a great help from him, and then he proceeded to leave, thinking about me. I ask who is he, and he said that he is ImpulseSV, and he is a member of Hermitcraft. I ask him what is Hermitcraft, but he told me not to ask about it, he just flew off without giving me an answers.

After he left, I just sat on the elytra launching platform, thinking about Hermitcraft. I ask Kurumi about my question. She doesn't know too.

Suddenly, She grab and cling me at the back, like giving a hug. I don't know to feel it, but I let it, I don't want to upset her.
