Chapter 64: Darwin returns

The next day, I was working alone in the lab. Kurumi decided to take a break and relaxing. I don't know what she was doing inside my house, but she is probably watching TV. I was working when I got an unexpected phone call, and I decided to call it on who it is. It turns out the person who I called is Darwin, and I remember him since he beat me up due to Carrie leaving. He said that he wants to visit her, and I allow it. I decided to call Carrie and Darwin told me you can summon her by saying her name three times. I did what Darwin told me to do and it worked. I gave my phone to her and then she realizes that this is Darwin. She was extremely happy after hearing his voice for a long time. She ask Darwin on what time he will come, and he will come on Saturday, which is the last day of my work before the break week.

After she called Darwin, I have a new task when Darwin arrives at the Area 211. I need to keep him safe due to some experimental stuff, which includes the telescope in our observatory, used rooms on the underground tunnels because some of the rooms stores very volatile stuff. But there is only one threat that is a living thing.

It is Kurumi itself.

Although she is a Yandere, she is also kind of impulsive, and there might me a chance that her unexpected psychosis will strike, and can probably kill Darwin using guns. I could still remember the fact that She killed 10000 people and some says that she is a cannibal. I don't want to see Carrie's face disappointed, or mourning probably if Darwin dies. I decided to bring some help, and it includes Freddy, Nightmare, and Baldi. They have a huge background of mental problems of violence at the past which they gave it up when I hired them. I ask hem on how they manage to overcome their mental problem, an they did it in different ways. Freddy and Nightmare say that they manage to overcome it by remembering the reason on why did they become like this and then move on from the past. Baldi says that he want to make his dreams come true, but he needs to know himself on what is causing his dreams to not come true, and he stop it. But then an employee approach me because he heard my conversation, and he has a way worse background history for him, and it was terrifying. Not only he does a great violent history, he did a huge amount of sexual assaults. It happened because of his parents, and this is the outcome of himself, then he realizes on what did he do wrong, and then move on to the past. Thanks to them, I already got an idea on how to stop Kurumi's violence and impulsiveness.

After my work, I went home, armed with information on how to stops Kurumi's psychosis. And as I went home, I asked her immediately about the thing that she killed 10000 people and about the rumors of cannibalism. She said that it's true, but ahe has also a distrust of humanity, which She hates people who abuses animals. She has an achievement to get, to get back in time and kill all of her clones, which is the reason why she has killed ten thousands of people.

I wanted to decrease on her distrust on humanity, by starting with me. I ask questions on how did that happened. She said that the clones itself altered her personality. The clones that she have said has minds of its own, and one of those clones probably have a pure psychotic personality, so I got expanded and also being duped so much her mental space is being replaced with that personality.

At this point, we decided to come up a new mission, and it is to capture every clones of her, and she remembers how many clones got loose. She said there is about a hundreds of them. We both can't do it alone for that reason, so we decided to ask help. I contacted Freddy and Carrie to help us find the clones, and kill them. I also ask the entire Franxinus crew to help, so everything would be easy. They agreed to help us, and we decided to work together.

So the plan is we all need to be separated at different timelines, Carrie and the half of the Franxinus crew will hunt down clones on this timeline, while me, Freddy and the remaining crew will join us hunting them on other timeline. Carrie will take herself to the other timelines of her to find the random clones that they are straying around that time. The bullets of her is limited, so the effect won't last long. Each clone being killed will divide on how vast of her personality, and the main priority is to find the most psychotic clone ever.
