Third Person
Alaric decided to continue on with pretending that Lizzie was dead and in order to make it as real as possible he decides to hold an funeral for Lizzie just incase Josie was watching or anything.
"Alright guys. Time to put up an act for Josie." Alaric says and sighs as he watches the triad men set up the funeral.
"And you are sure this will work?" Veronica whispers and Alaric nods.
"Its all I have to go on for right now." He shrugs and all the kids were in their room getting ready.
"You think Josie will notice Hope is not here?" Dylan asks Rafael and Landon as he fixes his tie up.
"Yeah definitely so I don't know how we're going to fix that." Landon sighs and right on cue, Hope walks through the door. That catches the attention of all the boys and they look at her weird.
"Hope?" The boys ask.
"Uh...technically yes, but no. It's Lizzie." Lizzie smiles and Dylan nods slowly.
"Why though?" Dylan asks her.
"Well I didn't want to sit in the room all day and wait til we figured out how to get rid of the dark magic. I also thought that because Josie might be wondering where Hope is, I will just be Hope for the day or for as long as I need to." Lizzie explains and the boys nod slowly. "Ooo that also means we should uh...act like a couple. Just to keep the act going." Lizzie leans in to kiss Dylan and Dylan shakes his head, putting his hands up to stop her.
"No Lizzie. We don't have to. I'm not going to kiss you." Dylan says and finishes tidying himself up. "But we have a funeral to attend." He then opens the door and walks out. Everyone else follows out behind him to the main area where Dr. Saltzman was.
Meanwhile
Josie had made the school her hiding place for now as she watched over Triad and the others through a fountain of some sort. Having a second eye on the inside watching over really helped.
"Hmm looks like they're setting up a funeral for Lizzie. What a shame to see her go, but she had it coming." Josie smiles and her evil minions watch.
"What will you do now?" One of them asks Josie.
"Destroy triad and the entire school. Then I can slowly take over the world. Wouldn't it be fun to watch people struggle and fight for their lives?" Josie laughs softly and the sidekicks nod.
"I can't wait for that." One of them says and smile.
---------Back at the school the funeral had started and Alaric goes up first to say a few things about Lizzie, crying to keep up the act. Lizzie held onto Dylan's hand as they sat next to each other while she's still Hope.
"I'm sorry you have to watch your own funeral happen." Dylan whispers quietly and Lizzie sighs.
"It's okay. It's what we have to do." Lizzie whispers back and Dylan nods. They continue to watch as people go up one by one to say stuff about Lizzie and soon the funeral ends. Everyone gets up to leave and some go give their condolences to Alaric.
"Well with the funeral done. What more can we do? Or are we just waiting now?" Landon asks as we all kind of gather in one area.
"Well we have to wait and convince Josie at the same time that Lizzie is dead and gone." Dylan explains and Landon nods.
"I think we should all stick together for now. I can't trust these triad guys right now." Rafael says quietly and they all nod in agreement.
"Well you guys can, I'm going to watch over Hope." Dylan says before walking away to go to MG's room to check on Hope.
