Chapter 5

Dylan and Alice arrive at the address. They pull up and Alice parks the car. Dylan gets out of the car and shuts the door behind him. Alice does the same and looks over the house.

"You trust this?" Alice asks keeping an eye out on their surroundings.

"I trust them." Dylan shrugs and walks up to the front door. He knocks on it and Alice stands behind him. Hope opens the door and immediately pulls him in for a hug.

"You're okay." Hope holds him tight and he hugs her back.

"I'm okay." Dylan smiles and pulls away from her. "Anyways uh..."

"Oh yeah. Come inside." Hope steps aside. Alice and Dylan come inside where they see the other 4 people.

"Dr. Saltzman. Landon!" Dylan smiles. "You guys are okay." Hope shuts the door behind them. "Oh uh...this is Alice. She helped me when I was hurt." Dylan introduces Alice to them.

"Alice Chen." Alice introduces herself again and shakes everyone's hand.

"She's a vampire by the way." Dylan throws in and Dr. Saltzman nods. Freya sees Dylan come in with another person. Keelin too.

"Great...more people." Keelin sighs. She really didn't care if people came over. Just doesn't want Freya getting involved with the whole thing.

"So Hope since everyone is here could you tell us what you were going to tell us?" Dr. Saltzman looks at Hope.

"I know where the location is. Or where they took the students." Hope says to everyone. Well there goes Alice's whole phone plan that she already did.

"And where is it?" Dr. Saltzman asks. Hope tells them the address.

"That sounds far." Alice comes into the conversation. "And even if we know the location, we can't just storm in with only the 7 of us." Alice shakes her head.

"She's right." Freya nods.

"5 of you. As you can see Freya and I have our own life to attend to." Keelin says as she glances at her baby boy Mason. "Freya cannot help and will not help. She won't go, but she can provide something." Keelin was very protective over her loved ones.

"That's fine, but that still won't work. What can we do?" Alice looks at us all. No one had an answer. They were just really an all in one kind of thing .

"Triad." Dr. Saltzman finally breaks the silence. "We get Triad to help." Has he completely lost his mind? Triad tried to murder them before.

"Triad? Triad was the reason why I jumped into the pit in the first place." Hope crosses her arms and looks at Dr. Saltzman.

"Look at it this way okay? We gotta do something. If triad doesn't help we don't know what will happen to the kids. Abbigail could hurt them." Dr. Saltzman gets interrupted by Dylan.

"She's a witch. She most likely will either use them to get more power and magic. Witches tend to crave more power from what I've experienced." Dylan shrugs.

"Yeah see that's our pitch. They won't let innocent children die. Especially Veronica. They have her son MG. I know it sounds bad to use MG to get Triad to help, but it's our only shot. We get more fire power. More people." Dr. Saltzman nods.

"I could get some vampire friends to help out also." Alice says hoping it'll help.

"So then that's it? We go talk to Triad, specifically Veronica and convince them?" Dylan asks with a hint of hopefulness.

"Yeah, but you guys talk to her. I need to go talk to Abbigail. Maybe catch her off guard and distract her alittle. I don't know. I just need to confront her." Dr. Saltzman was upset with Abbigail. Pissed that she lied and took his kids.
