Dylan's POV

I groan softly waking up to the sound of talking and slowly open my eyes. I look to my side and see that Hope was not sleeping in bed next to me. I sit up and look around to see everyone standing by the door chatting.

"Hey." I say tiredly and slowly sit up on the bed. "What's going on?" I ask and rub my eyes. Everyone turns to look over at me and Lizzie responds.

"We're going to find Josie." Lizzie says quietly and I squint my eyes at them.

"Wait...what time is it?" I ask and look around for the time.

"Its 10 pm." Landon says looking at his watch.

"10...10 pm?" I stand up off the bed. "Well I guess we're going out there to find Josie then." I rub the back of my neck. "Why didn't anybody wake me up?" I ask as I walk over to them.

"Because you were sleeping peacefully and everyone else wasn't. We thought it's fine because we don't need that many people." Lizzie says and looks at Hope. "I think you should stay." Lizzie says to Hope.

"Wait what?" Hope raises her eyebrow at Lizzie. "Say that again?"

"I think you should stay. We don't need too many people." Lizzie shakes her head.

"Okay, but I think I should go. I am a tribrid by the way." Hope reminds Lizzie. Lizzie glances at me then looks at Hope.

"I think you need to stay here. Rafael, landon and I can handle this. It's not hard to go back and get the stuff. I know what it looks like anyways. We are good. Triad is not against us really so it's okay." Lizzie insists on Hope staying. Hope gives in and shrugs.

"Okay if you guys don't come back in the next like 2 hours or so I am coming to save you guys okay?" Hope says and Lizzie nods.

"You got it!" Lizzie says before looking at Rafael and Landon. "Let's go." She then opens the door and pokes her head out. "Its clear." She says.

Landon and Rafael look at Lizzie. They then turn to us and shrug.

"Sorry guys." Landon says before walking out with Rafael and Lizzie. Soon the door shuts and I turn to look at Hope.

"Okay uh...what was that?" I raise my eyebrow and laugh softly.

"I don't uh...know." Hope looks back at me and walks away from the door to sit on the bed.

"Well I guess we can head back to bed then?" I rub the back of my neck and go to the bed with her. I sit down next to her and blush.

"Yeah I guess so." Hope looks at the ground and I noticed her blushing too. I just lay back in bed and Hope waits for me to be fully laid back. She then lays back with me and pulls the blanket up to us. We lay there in silence for a bit before I break it.

"Do you think Lizzie told the both of us to stay because she's trying to um..." I stop myself not wanting to make that assumption if Hope wasn't comfortable with it.

"What?" Hope asks and looks up at me from my chest.

"Trying to get us alone together to..." I don't say it again hoping she'll catch on and see what she says about it.

"Oh." Hope says quietly and bites her lip lightly. "Um...I mean I don't know. Is that what you think?" She asks and props herself up slightly so she's kind of looking down at me.
