Hope's POV

I walk down the hall, still holding Dylan's hand. I was feeling a bit better after meeting Sage. She was really nice and didn't seem to dislike me. As we walked down the hall, I hear chatter coming from the living room. Soon we reach the end of the hall and I look at everyone. There were about 2 males and 3 females that I hadn't met yet. They all turn to look at Dylan and I, hearing us.

"Ahh there he is." One of the males say. He had short dark brown hair with small curls at the tips and green eyes. He seemed a bit older than most of the group and was about 5 foot and 11 inches tall. He also had a small beard. He smiles and Dylan let's go of my hand.

"Uncle Aries!" Dylan says happily and I watch as they give each other a big hug. I stand there awkwardly not wanting to interrupt anything and wait for them.

"Dylan!" Aries says giving that same excitement back and after a minute they pull away from the hug. Aries then looks at me and raises his eyebrow. "Oh who's this Dylan?" He asks and stands back with the rest of the family again.

"Oh uh I was going to tell you guys all about her, but this is my girlfriend Hope." Dylan introduces me to everyone and I smile softly, blushing because I was still alittle nervous.

"Girlfriend? When did this happen?" One of the females ask from besides Aries.

"At school." Dylan answers and then I wave slightly.

"Hi." I say awkwardly as everyone stared at me. We all stand there not saying much, but Dylan comes in to break the silence.

"And Hope uh this is my family." Dylan says and starts pointing to people to introduce them. "Well this is my uncle Aries." He says pointing to the guy that hugged him earlier and I give Aries a small smile. He gives me one back.

"This is my other uncle Zane." He points to the guy standing next to Aries who looked alittle just like Aries. Just younger and his hair was slicked back. He looked like he had a athletic built. He also smiles at me.

"Nice to meet ya." Zane says and waves.

"And this is my aunt Ava." Dylan points to a lady who had full dark brown hair and brown eyes. She stood about 5 foot and 6 inches tall. You could tell she was wearing make up, but it wasn't bad. She seemed like she was built. Her arms were big in muscles, but not too huge.

"And this is my other aunt Mia." He points to the person who looked the youngest in the room besides us. She had dyed light pink hair and it was in waves. She had dark brown eyes and was about 5 foot 7 inches tall. She was average build and was naturally thin.

They all wave to me and I wave back, but I still wasn't introduced to one last person. It was an older woman and she was kind of smaller than everyone. She had dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. She had some wrinkles under the eyes and on the forehead. Her hair was tied up into a bun.

"Oh and last, but not least. The most important woman in my life." Dylan smiles at me then points to the lady. "My mother Aurora." He introduces me to her and I smile widely.

"Well hello!" I say excitedly. I really was looking forward to meeting his mom out of everyone else. She doesn't smile back which causes my smile to fade and scared me alittle. She doesn't say anything to me and Dylan notices.

"Mom..." Dylan says quietly and stands next to me, taking my hand to help me feel a bit better.

"Dylan..." his mom steps forward and walks over to us. Immediately I squeeze his hand being a bit nervous. She kind of examines me and then finally smiles back. "I'm sorry. Didn't mean to scare ya." She laughs softly.
