Dylan had run off and hid somewhere else in the woods away from everyone. He sits down and leans against a fallen tree as he held his stomach, groaning loudly. He looks down and pulls his shirt up so he can see his chest and stomach. Blood dropped from the bullet wounds and onto his clothes. He throws his head back and closes his eyes being in so much pain. He opens his eyes and looks back down at his body knowing he was going to have to take the bullets out.

"Fuck!" He grits through his teeth as he reaches his hand down to one of the bulletwound to take out one of the wooden bullets. Slowly one by one he finally gets all the bullets out and toss it all aside before closing his eyes to try to relax, but really he passes out just a bit exhausted.

Alaric and Caroline finally reaches Cartersville after a long road trip. They pull up at a local gas station hoping to speak to someone. Shortly behind Hope, Josie, Lizzie, Sage and Aurora followed. Sage and Aurora decided to come after hearing Hope's plan to bring Dylan's humanity back by bombarding him with love. Hoping that family and friends can bring him back to his senses.

Alaric parks the car and gets out. Caroline sits and waits for him as he walks inside to go speak to the man up in the front.

"Hi has there been any like...crazy things going on around here?" Alaric asks not knowing what to ask without making things sound weird and then on cue on the TV screen a reporter starts talking about the boys who were murdered this morning.

"Final report came back from the coroner's office of the autopsy of 17 year old David Grimaldi and 17 years old Warren Adams. Authorities also confirmed it was a mountain lion who killed both boys." The reporter says and Alaric sighs.

"Shit." He mutters under his breath and jogs back out to the car. He opens the door and hops back in the car.

"What happened?" Caroline asks and Alaric starts the car.

"We might have to go to the police station and see if we can find anything that'll lead us to Dylan. They might have stuff we can look at." Alaric then drives out of the gas station parking lot and hopefully towards the police station.

"Alaric what happened?" Caroline was now more worried.

"Two boys are dead. Police thinks its mountain lions. I'm definitely sure its not. Such a big coincidence." Alaric keeps driving. Eventually he reaches the police station and pulls up outside. Before he could step out he spots Matt. "Is that..." he trails off as he gets out.

"Matt?!" Caroline calls out to him as she gets out the car and Matt stops.

"Alaric? Caroline? What are you guys doing here?" Matt asks as he steps away from his own police car to walk over to them.

"Just came to uh..." Alaric stops himself knowing that things will get bad if Matt finds out its one of his students that he's trying to find.

"No." Matt scoffs in disbelief realizing what Alaric was trying to say. "You're here for one of your students aren't you?" Matt asks and Alaric doesn't say a thing. "Alaric this is it. This has to end. I hate to have to say this, but whoever this is...I'm going to have to kill him." Matt says sternly.

"You're not doing anything Matt. Hes just a kid!" Alaric stands up for Dylan and Matt chuckles.

"He killed 20 people. Jail isn't going to be enough to punish him. He needs to die." Matt walks over to his car and they Alaric stops him.

"He's a good kid Matt. His humanity was turned off. This isn't him. He would never do this willingly." Alaric tries to convince Matt. "Have sympathy."

Matt shoves Alaric off with his shoulder and gets in his car. Alaric groans and watches as Matt starts his car before driving away.
