Katsuki felt sick. His head was heavy, everything hurt, it was hard to breath, and he could barely keep his eyes open. He'd felt like shit for the past two days. He was even sent home from work yesterday by Best Jeanist after he stumbled into the pro's office.

He barely ate, barely drank. He didn't know what was wrong, but he couldn't get up to go to the hospital. His phone hadn't been charged in forty-eight hours, and was probably close to dead. He couldn't put it on the charger since it was a bitch to even get out of bed to go to the bathroom.

Ryuu brought him water, but the canine couldn't exactly do much else for his owner. Ryuu, who could get out thanks to a wedge in the door, whined at Katsuki occasionally, but the omega wouldn't budge.

"Katsuki!" A voice called. Ryuu bolted from the room, recognizing the voice instantly. The golden retriever charged up to Eijirou Kirishima with pure determination. "Why is the door unlocked?" Eijirou muttered. "Ryuu, where is- Hey!"

Ryuu had started furiously nudging the red head, who wore his hero costume, towards Katsuki's room. When he realized he couldn't really push the hero, he decided to gently grab his hand then guide them.

"Katsuki!" Eijirou shouted the moment he caught sight of the blonde. He was at the blonde's side in two long strides. He quickly assessed his best friend.

Katsuki's skin was pale and cold. He was unresponsive. There was cold sweat on his back and forehead. His heart rate and breaths per minute were extremely low. Not enough to be deadly, but close. His capillary refill took longer than three seconds to fill.

"Katsuki, wake up." Eijirou told him. The blonde winced at the alpha's voice, but didn't move much else from that. "I'm taking you to the hospital." Eijirou stated. He lifted the blonde into his arms then swiftly left the house.

He put Katsuki into the backseat of his car. Ryuu hopped in as well, lying down next to his owner. Eijirou quickly got into the driver's seat then took off, speeding down the streets.

He made it to the hospital in record time. He pulled the blonde from the backseat. "C'mon, Ry." He called urgently. Ryuu hopped out. Eijirou shut the door then raced into the emergency side. "Help!" He called immediately. A nurse raced over. She took one look at Katsuki and paled visibly.

"Right this way." She said. She started to guide Eijirou to the back, but stopped upon hearing Ryuu's nails on the tile. "I'm sorry, but-"

"He's my friend's support dog. I don't have his registration, but he is." Eijirou told her.

She nodded then continued on. She paged other nurses and doctors as she lead Eijirou to the room.

Eijirou gently lied Katsuki down on the bed. Ryuu sat down by one of the guest chairs.

"Do you know what happened?" The nurse asked. More nurses rushed in to help attend to Katsuki.

"No. He missed work yesterday and today, so I went to check on him. I found him like this." Eijirou answered.

She nodded her head. She asked him a few basic medical questions then left with the other nurses.

Eijirou listened to the obnoxious beeping of the heart monitor. He looked at his friend, who's attached to an I.V. and a bunch of other medical equipment since they don't know what's wrong. Katsuki hadn't woken up at all despite the tests they'd been running for the last two hours. They performed scans, blood tests, urine tests, and more, but no answers appeared.

Ryuu lied at Katsuki's feet on the bed, sleeping. Eijirou awaited the arrival of Denki and Hitoshi, who were coming to keep him company. The red haired alpha refused to leave his friend's side.
