When Katsuki woke, he woke with a start. He shot out of bed, startling those in the room with him. He couldn't see anything, but he knew he was awake. Hands grabbed his arms, but he was quick to set off a blast. He felt someone grab his left shoulder, so he threw a right hook. There was a sharp pain in his right hand, where something had been ripped from his body.

"Leave me alone!" He screamed at them. "Don't touch me!"

More hands found his body, pinning him down. He screamed and hollered for them to go away even as a sharp prick hit his arm.

He was out again in a few seconds.

"What the hell just happened?" Eijirou asked. There was a small growl in his voice as he tended to Denki's burnt arm.

"It appears he believes he's still trapped." Dr. Amano stated as he looked over Katsuki's vitals. "Let's put him on some low grade sedatives that will help keep him from lashing out when he wakes up." Dr. Amano said to the nurse, who nodded then went to get the prescription.

Katsuki was in the hospital for testing. They tested him for S.T.I's and other diseases he could've gotten while tearing out throats. Izuku was mostly right by his side, but Eijirou, Denki, and Hitoshi had come in for a visit.

It had only been a day since they'd rescued him. He was stable, and clean of any diseases so far. That was the first time he'd woken up though. Denki and Eijirou had been caught by his explosions.

"Is it bad?" Izuku asked worriedly.

"No." Eijirou replied. He touched the burnt piece of skin. Denki hissed, but it didn't seem to hurt much else.

"I'll get you some burn cream." Dr. Amano stated with a thin smile. "But I'm going to have to ask everyone except Midoriya to leave. We can't have anymore casualties."

The trio nodded then left with Dr. Amano. Izuku let out a sigh. He stared down at his boyfriend's sleeping body.

All the blood had been cleared away. A lot of it was Katsuki's as well as others. There were going to be scars all along his backside, but Eri was coming to fix those. She and Shouta Aizawa would be arriving within the hour.

Izuku watched as the time kicked by, almost in tune with Katsuki's heart monitor. He was getting real sick of seeing his boyfriend in the hospital. He entertained himself with the idea that this is how everyone else felt when he kept ending up in the hospital.

He sent texts to Mitsuki and Masaru, telling them about what's going on. They flew out of Japan for a business trip, and couldn't fly back just yet, so they entrusted Katsuki into Izuku's care and for him to keep them updated.

Soon enough, Eri and Shouta arrived. The pro hero looked between his two old students with a rather distraught expression. "What happened?" Shouta inquired. He crossed his arms over his chest, watching as Eri carefully healed Katsuki's wounds.

"He was kidnapped by Death Row. They sent the girl with the seduction quirk after me to throw him off. He killed six of their members before we arrived. He was gone, Mr. Aizawa." Izuku explained with a deep frown. "He was in heat, beyond feral, and running in adrenaline."

"Is he being faulted for their deaths?" Shouta asked. He glanced over at Izuku.

"No. The H.P.S.C. understands what happened, so they're not punishing him. In that moment, he was no longer a hero, but a human trying to escape. And as far as they're concerned, he went feral because they drove him that way." Izuku told him. He watched as Shouta nodded.

Eri skipped over, giving Izuku's shirt a tug. "I healed him." She said with a gentle smile. "He should be waking up soon." She crawled her way into Izuku's lap. She was a little taller every time Izuku saw her. She would be turning twelve in December, after all. "What happened to him?"

"It's a long story, Eri." Izuku breathed out. The younger alpha gently rubbed the older one's head. Izuku closed his eyes, relaxing slightly under her touch.

"If you want to talk about it, we can."

"Thanks, but I can't talk about this. It's too much." Izuku told her. She nodded softly.

"Hey, Eri. Why don't you go wait outside with Papa?" Shouta suggested. She gave Izuku's cheek a warm kiss, whispered a goodbye, then pushed herself off the bed. She walked over to Katsuki, placing a kiss on his head as well before finally leaving with a wave. "Let's talk about it."

So Izuku explained everything. He started with when Naomi came in asking for help, claiming that the police wouldn't help her. She was crying and begging for help, then they were looking on his computer, and then they were kissing and Izuku was feeling up her chest.

"And I'm gay! I like men. Sure, I helped Uraraka, but that was a necessity because I had no one else and neither did she!" Izuku stressed this fact. Shouta motioned for him to get back on point.

Izuku told him about Katsuki coming in, and being able to sense his omega's distress without being able to help him. He spoke of how much he wanted to get to the omega, and then Katsuki's runaway.

"If I didn't let him run off, he wouldn't of gotten kidnapped." Izuku muttered. Shouta could see the guilt swimming in his emerald orbs, waiting to drown him.

Izuku talked about their race to find him, and feeling Katsuki's pain the entire time.

"I could feel him getting raped, Aizawa. And I couldn't do anything. It'll be a miracle if I can fix him now. He's already so broken, and I'm not sure if I can help him." Izuku admitted. His old teacher just nodded his head, allowing him to continue.

Izuku moved on to when they found him.

"There was so much blood, and most of it wasn't even his." Izuku stated with a rather disgusted look. "It didn't look like he was killing for survival. It looked like he did it for sport. And once we got to him, he was saying that he enjoyed it. He threw me across the room, and looked like he was ready to kill me. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to react to that."

He then briefly explained how Hitoshi got Katsuki to stop.

"We took him to an ambulance. He had whip marks all along his body, which Kanji -- the only villain that survived -- admitted to causing. And there were some tears from being raped as well. But other than a few bruises and scratches, he's fine. The doctors have him on drugs that will stop his quirk-induced heat. He has no infections or diseases from his opened wounds. He's out because of them trying to stop the heat and replenish whatever nutrients he lost. He's really lucky." Izuku finished with a small smile. He looked over at Katsuki's sleeping form. The steady beat of the monitor told him everything was okay.

"He's strong." Shouta spoke. He was looking at Katsuki as well. "He'll be alright."

"I know."
