Bonus Chapter: Reception

"And now let's welcome our newlyweds!" Seunghun, who became the reception's MC, said through the mic. Everyone clapped their hands as Jihoon and Gwaenhi walked to the main event space in the pool area. "Even if we needed to wait for them for 30 minutes or so." Seunghun sarcastically whispered to himself with the mic off.

The two of them excitingly took their places wearing their new and more comfortable outfits which were quite similar to the ones they wore earlier. "And now it's time for their first dance as virtual husband and wife." Jihoon gave Gwaenhi a certain look and they both burst out laughing.

They positioned themselves for the dance, Gwaenhi's arms on his neck while his hands are on her waist. Jihoon's request to play the song Love Light was granted and they now swayed to the beat of the cute, bubbly song. Apollo was taking a video of them with his phone, wanting to remember this very moment.

"You see that Queli? That's your Uncle and Auntie. They're dancing." Apollo talked to Rachel's daughter as he carried her with one arm.

"I dance with you too." Queli said sweetly and wrapped her arms around his neck. He smiled at her actions and lightly swayed his body, making sure that he was still able to capture the dance.

Gwaenhi grabbed Jihoon's hand and made him spin around. "Shouldn't I be the one to do that?" He chuckled.

"You're too slow." She teased him.

"Let me spin you around then." He did the same to her and they were back to their original position.

They smiled and stared into each other's eyes. "What are you looking at?" Jihoon asked.

"Nothing, just you."

"I'm flattered but I'm not gonna lie, seeing you overly sweet to me is creepy." He joked around, making her lightly spank his arm.

"And now it's time for the father-daughter and mother-son dance." Seunghun said in the most emcee way possible.

Gwaenhi's father approached the two of them and gave Jihoon a warm smile. He handed her to him and gave him a nod before going to his mother. "Hello sweetie." Mr. Jeo greeted his daughter.

"Hi dad." She laughed.

"So you're finally married huh? You overtook your brother." They both laughed and glanced over to Apollo who was happy to be carrying Queli.

"Oh don't worry, we might be attending his wedding sooner or later. Just look at how he's treating Rachel's daughter."

Gwaenhi's father sighed. "And my next grandchild's gonna be from you." Her eyes widened and almost hit him just like what she usually does with Jihoon.

"Dad, I'm still young. I haven't even graduated university."

"Yet you got married to your first boyfriend at 21 years old? Pfft. Alright, spare me the lies Eunhye." He joked around.

"Argh daaaaddd, I promise you that I'm not having kids til I'm like... 28."

"I'm not so sure about that, hon." Gwaenhi rolled her eyes at how pushy her dad is being. Although she was used to it, it still feels weird when topics like these appear.

Jihoon and his mom were dancing in silence, her head was just resting on his chest. He could feel that his mom was happy for him but was sad at the same time.

"Mom... talk to me at least." Jihoon said.

"I don't know what else to tell you."

"You can tell me anything, about what you feel right now."

"I'm just sad cause my two boys are all grown up now. You were once munchkins and now you're married and your brother's on his road to marriage as well." She sighed.
