"Jihoon!" Gwaenhi called out to him as he hurriedly walked out of the house. "Park Jihoon!"

She ran after him despite the messy hair and swollen eyes from crying. Jihoon opened the gate and went out. "Wait Jihoon!" She tried stopping him again.

Her body froze when she realized that she was going outside looking like crap. She hesitated whether she should follow him or not, either way he would still come back home. But she knew deep down that he wanted her to follow and ask him if he was alright so she ran after him. She stopped inbetween and panted, trying to catch her breath after that short run.

"PARK JIHOON STOP RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE!" Gwaenhi shouted at the top of her lungs which surprised Jihoon, he heard it even if he was so far away. He looked back and saw that her face was pure red, she looked very angry and frustrated.

When he stopped, she stomped her way going to him and made him slightly nervously gulp. Who knows what she's planning on doing, he might even die on the spot. As she approached him, she grabbed the collar of his shirt and made him lean down on her level.

"What the fuck is your problem? Are you deaf? Is it really necessary for me to scream at you before you stop?" She spat at him. He was flustered and scared at the same time, he has never seen her get angry like this.

He gulped nervously. "Eunhye, can you please leave me alone?" He said. "Our neighbors might hear us."

She didn't care about what he said at all. "No, I certainly can't! I know that you're not okay, Ji!" She yelled at him out of frustration.

Gwaenhi then let go of his collar and pushed her hair back. A sigh escaped her lips. "Just go back home." She said carelessly and walked away.

She felt so fragile and sensitive with everything that was going on at the moment, it made her act impulsively instead of thinking about it. After seeing how Jihoon responded to her, she realized what she had done. It was best to leave him alone cause that's what's best for him. She entered their house with an unusually thick atmosphere which made her eyes well up with tears and started having a breakdown.

More tears streamed down her face as she leaned on the back of their main door and slid down to sit. She hated everything that started happening since her and Jihoon reconciled. It was like the past wanted to haunt and hurt her.

Hurried footsteps were heard through the other side of the door but she didn't move an inch. Her body was rougly shoved by the door when it flew open, just to see Jihoon back at home. He saw her sitting at the back of the door and was surprised.

"Eunhye," He kneeled in front of her. "Don't sit down there."

"Shut up," She avoided his gaze. "Why are you back already?"

"Cause I know that you're not okay."

She sarcastically chuckled and wiped the tears on her cheeks. "Says the one that randomly left out of nowhere."

"I know you like the back of my hand, you're my goddamn ex," More tears just replaced the ones she wiped from earlier. "And I feel so fucking crazy for trying to be there for you like before even if you're not my boyfriend anymore. I just can't seem to let go of my attachment to you even if it's been 4 years, 4 fucking years!"

It pained him to see her like this. "If you think you're crazy for trying to be there for me then I must be insane for getting jealous of your other ex," His expression was serious now.

"I'll be honest this time. I must be insane for getting jealous of Hyunsuk when he held your hand, Haruto when you took pictures of him, Jake cause you were in a relationship with him for two years, hell, I even got jealous of Asahi and Seunghun cause you're so close to them! If you're crazy, I'm insane." Tears started to well up in his eyes.

"Why are you always so jealous of guys that are harmless? I don't get why-"

He cut her off. "It's because I'm still in love with you Eunhye!"

Her mouth slightly parted. "Wh-what?"

"I know you're tired of me lying and being secretive when we were still together, I don't want to commit the same mistakes from before. I want to be honest, I love you Eunhye."

"Can you even hear yourself right now?" She scoffed and shifted her position. "Should I remind you that you were the one who didn't take the risk? That you were the one who let go when there were other ways for us to stay together?"

He remained silent as she spoke. "I was a trainee, ready to debut. I broke the rules of not dating cause that's how much I loved you. There were several times that I got caught with you but I always tried to save it, I always tried to save us. I debuted but did I ever tell you that I wanted to break up with you? No, I still held on. I knew that if maybe we could just wait a bit longer we could've become the couple we always wanted to be."

"How about you, Ji? What did you do? Just because YG took you back as a trainee you decide to breakup with me? I risked it all for you but you couldn't do the same for me? Is that really love, Jihoon?"

"I'm sorry." He couldn't think of anything else to say as the tears rolled down his cheeks.

"Yeah, maybe you can say that 4 years too late and expect me to be all happy when you say you still love me."

"Hear me out, please." Gwaenhi bit the left side of her cheek and shook her head lightly. She didn't want to hear anything else from him.

"I was just scared okay? Two of us in the same entertainment company was too pressuring, imagine if they found out about us. Not only would you be kicked out of the group but you'd also be blacklisted on all companies, you wouldn't be able to run for your dreams anymore."

"But maybe you should've thought about that before you asked me to be your girlfriend. You're acting so self-centered! Is this your way of telling me that if you weren't going to be a trainee again you would pursue our relationship?"

"That's not what I meant-"

"Even if it's not what you meant it's what you made me feel!" She continued sobbing. He stared at her apologetically, seeing how hurt she was. Her sobs made him feel a lump on his throat.

"J-Jihoon..." Gwaenhi called out to him.

"Yes love?"

"I-I don't wanna do this anymore..." She placed her hands over her face.

"What do you mean?" He silently hoped and prayed that it wasn't what he was thinking of.

"I don't want to continue the show. I don't wanna get married to you..."

As her sobs filled the quiet place of their so-called home, his heart sank. Luck was not on his side today. More tears stained his cheeks as he continued seeing how the woman he loves was not just hurt, she was suffering. Suffering because of all the pain he caused years ago.

"Do you really want me to stop this, Hye?" He tucked the loose strands of hair behind her ear while a tear rolls down his cheek. She nodded and breathed deeply before sobbing again.

"If all this ends, do you want me to stay out of your life for good?"

Her head slowly raised at his question as he carressed her damp cheeks with his thumb. She was surprised at the sight of him crying which made her think if she was ready for him to leave. Did she want that to happen? Never hear from him again?

"I don't know." She honestly answered.

He nodded with a sad smile. "If you feel like that's what will make you feel better then I'm alright with it. I'll talk to the producer."

His thumb continued carressing her soft, tear-stained cheek. He knew that it could be the last time he could ever do this again because tomorrow he'll be leaving.

He'll be leaving his feelings in the place that they once called their home.
