Episode 03: Way Back Home (Part 01)

Gwaenhi woke up without Jihoon by her side the following day. Just like what he said, he had a shoot to go to with his members. It was very quiet in the hotel room without him around, she was used to being alone but knowing that she was supposed to be with someone today hit different. She tried entertaining herself as much as she can for the rest of the day by watching TV and taking a bubble bath.

She badly wanted to explore the hotel but a celebrity shouldn't be lurking around the halls of a hotel alone especially if he/she is still young, there are a lot of creepy fans that can appear out of nowhere. She knew about this but she had a brave heart, she thinks she can pull off being alone even just for a bit. It was 6:39 PM and she was ready to go to Haeundae Beach, although she hated the ocean, she loved the view.

She just waited for the clock to strike 7 so she can go out. Her finger just kept scrolling through her Instagram feed as she waited, she was slowly getting impatient but she needed to wait. Gwaenhi refreshed her feed once again and checked the Instagram stories. She tapped and tapped and tapped, until one story caught her eye. One of the brands she was modelling for posted a blurred behind the scenes picture of a photoshoot with 12 boys in it.

"What the heck..." She whispered to herself.

Her reaction didn't mean that she was disappointed, she was just surprised cause that meant she'll be seeing them soon for the new collection launch event in a few months time. She has never met the boys altogether, she only had several interactions with certain members. Seeing that post made her remember the time she had a photoshoot with Yoshi cause they were appointed as the global ambassadors for Royal Drop, a famous luxury brand.

The creaking sound of the door snapped her out of her thoughts. Jihoon's figure stood right at the doorway while carrying two boxes. "Oh hey, welcome back." She stood up from the couch to greet him.

Amber: There she is, she must've missed him the entire day.

He smiled brightly and spread out his arms, asking for a hug. Gwaenhi was quite skeptical with his request but for the sake of the show, she just did it.

Seungkwan: Ah that's so cute, I want a hug too.

*Jackson gives him a bro hug*

Seungkwan: Haha thanks!

"I brought home some bottle cakes, you like this right?" He told her while they were still cuddled up with each other.

"Yes, I've been craving for that!" She excitingly looked up at him with her arms still wrapped around his body.

They just stared at each other for a couple of seconds in silence. "You're so pretty today, did you eat something to make your beauty radiate all over the place?" They broke off the hug but he held her hand as they walked going to the table.

She was confused. "What's up with you? You just came home and you're already acting cheesy."

"I'm just being honest, you really look pretty." He complimented her again. She tried hiding the smile on her face by looking down at the marble floor. A notification made Gwaenhi's phone buzz, she didn't take notice of it cause when she saw the time it was already 7 P.M.

Jackson: She seems to be getting shy. *chuckles*

"Oh shoot." She whispered to herself.
