Episode 02: Train to Busan (Part 01)

"Jihoon, we only have an hour left! Wake up!" Gwaenhi shook the poor boy awake.

Seungkwan: This reminds me of little kids waking up their dad and saying 'dad, dad we want to watch cartoons already!' *laughs*

"Why are you waking me up?" He asked with his groggy morning voice, still not opening his eyes.

"Pack your bags, we're going on a honeymoon." That was the only thing she said before leaving the room. The word 'honeymoon' made his eyes open, "when did we plan to go on a honeymoon?" He thought.

Jihoon just stood up and stuffed tons of clothing in his bag. He still felt sleepy and wasn't interested in folding the clothes anymore. He was still so confused about why Gwaenhi kept nagging him around to hurry up, he was slightly scared of her intimidating look at the moment. In the span of 30 minutes, they got to do everything they needed to do. Shower, brush their teeth, pack their clothes and essentials, they just didn't have time to eat breakfast.

Seoul Station wasn't far from their home, thankfully. If they just weren't in a rush, they could've walked going there. Their private car was waiting right outside, ready for them to load their things and get the hell out of there. Gwaenhi was so panicked that she didn't get to comb her hair and tie it, making it difficult for her to see with the wind blowing her hair in different directions.

"Calm down, let me help you." The sight of her having a hard time bothered him a lot, he could feel the struggle just by looking at her.

Amber: Wow, what a gentleman! I approve of him haha.

"Thank you." She then entered the car after he got the bag from her. The bags were loaded and they were good to go, the car dashed its way going to Seoul Station.

"I can't believe you dragged me out of bed cause we're going on a honeymoon." Jihoon yawned and rubbed his eyes. His head landed on the window due to him being sleepy.

"Sorry, I totally forgot to show you the mission card. Here it is." She handed him the pink envelope that contained the card.

"Rise and shine, lovebirds! Pack your bags cause you're going on a 3-day honeymoon to Jihoon's hometown, Busan! Your train leaves at 9 A.M. As you arrive at the station, a special guest will be waiting for you."

After he read it silently, he closed his eyes and groaned. "Please don't tell me this is my mom." He covered his face with the mission card and slowly moved down from his seat.

"What's so wrong about seeing your mom?" Gwaenhi chuckled.

Seungkwan: I feel like his mom might be like mine, she usually embarrasses me in front of my friends. *chuckles*

"I'm pretty sure she'll scold me a lot then tell you embarrassing stories about me. Oh not to mention that I might end up being treated like a dog rather than a son."

"Oh, that's too much. You must be exaggerating." She was a little curious about it though, it would be interesting if his mom really did that.

They arrived at Seoul Station just in time for them to board. It was true that train stations won't be jam-packed when everyone takes the earlier trains. The couple decided to sit at the back where there were lesser people.
