He said he reserved a seat for me, not too close to the stage not to far away. He beggedd me to come, I can't just let him down. I sit up from the bed and wipe away my tears away. I get out of the bed and throw on black leggings and one of Ed's hoodies, which comforts me as it smells just like him, smoke and cologne.
'I'm going to go. I haven't watched him preform in so long.' I think to myself.
I grab a hotel key and my cellphone and leave the hotel room. The whole way down to the lobby, I tried not to let my tears flow down, justing thinking about it made me upset.
I reach the lobby and a manager walks over to me. Ed must have known his begging and pleading from him would work, because the manager leads me to a taxi with a sign taped to the window saying 'Allie -Ed'. the manager opens the door to let me in and the taxi driver nods, "I know where to take you, young lady," I smile at him and his kindness, hoping not burst out crying.
After a couple minutes we reach the spot where the concert is being held, with only music sounding between us. I realize I have no money when the taxi driver must have realized my predicament, "Mr. Sheeran already payed."
" Thank you sir," I say and step out of the taxi and into the front doors. Guards are everywhere and I feel like they are all staring at me which makes me walk quickly to the stadium, ignoring their stares.
I reach my seat, which is decently away from the stage, where I know Ed won't see me from the stage.
"They say she's in the class A team, Stuck in her daydream, been this way since 18 but lately her face seems, slowling sinking wasting, crumbling like pastries and they scream, the worsts things in life come free to us, cause we are all under the upper hand," Ed sings, and I feel a calmness washing over me. The fans are screaming and going crazy over him, everyone screaming the words with Ed. I sit quietly in my seat and let his comforting voice overtake me, although everyone is standing up.
"It's too cold out side, for angels to fly, angels to fly, to fly, Angels to fly, to fly, to fly, for Angels to die." The last note ringing out, as the crowd turns to silence. I stand up to see why the crowd went silent, crouching down just in case I would need to leave immediatley.
A guard from out in the Hall is whispering in Ed's ear, and Ed's eyes become ignited with a flaming fire. Whatever the guard has said, made Ed happy. Ed looks out into the crowd, as if he is searching for someone. Someone... like me.
When the realization hits, I quickly sit back in my seat, not wanting to be seen.
"Allie?" My name rings out of Ed's voice. "Allie, love! I know your out there." He says softly.
The stage lights are swarming around the crowd, looking for me. 'I'm safe, He wont find me in this crowd.' I think to myself.
"A-Allie?" He continues to call out for me, his eyes search crazily and the crowd is going wild. No one knew that Ed's love would be in the crowd.
"Alice, I love you. Love, please.. Let me see you. Allie. I love you so much. Please Allie. I have something for you." His voice trembles with the thought of me being here.
The crowd continues searching for me, as if they could ever find me. There weren't many pictures of me released as Ed likes to keep out life private.
"I'm sorry guys, but until we find her.. I won't go on." Ed says, although I know it's not true. He would never let his fans down.
The crowd is going crazy from the excitement, as the stage lights continue to go around the crowd.
Suddenly, the people I am sitting next to, I realize, are staring at me with shock on their face, as a girl about 17 mouths to me, "You're Allie aren't you?"
I put my pointer finger up to motion for them to be quiet but I knew it was too good to be true. They begin to scream, giving away my position. I get up and out of my chair and start running up the stairs, as I feel the stage lights on my back.
"Allie!" Ed yells from the stage, as he realizes where I am. He jumps down from the stage and the guards let him past, as he scrambles up the stairs tto me, and pulls me into his arms. "Allie, oh, Allie! I hoped you would come."
I'm shaking and trembling in his arms, as tears begin to fill my eyes. "You look so beautiful Allie. I love you so much."
He links his hand in mine, and starts pulling me towards the stage. He lifts me up onto the stage first, then pulls himself up.
This.. this is the first time I've been in public since.. since.. "You guys know, that Allie and I lost a special someone, right?" Ed puts his arms around me, pulling me close to him as my tears begin to fall. He kisses my cheek as the crowd murmurs their sadness and sorrows. I wrap my arms around Ed and begin to sob into his chest.
"Ed.. Ed I can't do this." I cry, hoping he will let me leave, but I know that Ed has something planned.
"Allie, Love, it'll be okay." He whispers to me, then turns out to the crowd, "I wrote a song for him. Our baby boy. A song, that has not been released yet."
The crowd gasps, a new song for them. "A boy, a boy," They all chant, as we wouldnt let it be released officially that we would have had a little baby boy.
"If I'm going to sing this song, you guys need to be quiet. Allie hasn't heard this song, let alone know that I was writing one for him. Respect my wish? Okay guys?" As he says the word, quiet, the crowd turns silent, so silent you could hear a pin drop.
I look up from Ed's chest and he smiles down at me with tears in his eyes. "This is for him Allie, our angel. He is in a better place Allie," He whispers, with tears filled in his eyes.
I step away from him so he can play the guitar. Before he begins to play, he kisses my cheek, then looks out into the crowd, "This is for my Love, Allie, and our baby boy, who was born an angel.
He begins playing the guitar then begins to sing, staring deeply into my eyes, " You were just a small bump unborn in four months you brought to life. You might be left with my hair, but you'll have your mothers eyes."
