Unfortunately things for SJ have only gotten worse, school, her behaviour, her attitude.
It was a Wednesday in the middle of January, SJ was sat in french "Miss Harte- you've done no work whatsoever absolutely nothing! I've had enough go to the cooler" SJ scowled at her french teacher and got up loudly "less of the attitude Sapphire-Jade" she got a door slam as her response. SJ stormed towards the cooler , Tom was the teacher on duty "SJ this is the 6th time this week and it's only a Wednesday." SJ rolled her eyes "mr Lawson wants to see you SJ- go to his office"
SJ sat in her headmasters office her mum & uncle Charlie were there, "Sapphire-Jade, this can't keep happening that was the final straw I don't know if there is a place if you any more at Waterly Road." SJ zoned out after that she stood up and ran out. She tore down the stairs and out the door and across the playground she ignored the shouts for her to come back. Captain James caught up with her and grabbed her arm "SJ stop!" He said "No! Let go of me." SJ said "No SJ you need to listen" he countered "LET GO!" She screamed tears streaming down her face. "SJ.." Charlie began "No I'm Done!" She sobbed "I've lost everything my Dad, my uncle, my friends." She cried "SJ baby please.." Charlie tried "No! I'm done!" She cried Georgie came up to SJ "I'm sorry mum I can't do it, not anymore. I'm done!" She sobbed and Georgie went to hug her, SJ moved away "come look this is everything SJ this is Marc, This is me this is Charlie, it's your dad, okay you need to acknowledge it it's Elvis you haven't grieved for him!" Georgie shouted SJ just stood there crying, under the hard exterior and attitude was a Vulnerable little girl Who'd been kidnapped, saved, lost her father and her uncle but most importantly she'd lost herself.
SJ never returned to Waterloo Road after that, Georgie and Charlie thought it would be best of a fresh start so she started boarding school next time without master called Mr Wilberforce but is it all as innocent as it seems?
