But What About...

It's been 4 weeks since we last saw SJ, they're currently in Afgan again. After the Last Tour Molly & Charlie's marriage fell apart. SJ loved her Aunty Molly but maybe some people are just better off apart? Everybody's getting close to normal but SJ noticed something different about Georgie, but she couldn't quite put her finger on it. It was Close R&R maybe her mum was Just relived.  She getting scoff with the boys and Maisie "SJ where's your Mam?" She clocked it "I don't know? I'll go get her!" 2 section had a surprise for her, they'd made her a memory book for all her army Memories.  SJ jogged around time Georgie's tent and knocked - no answer. She saw Kingy walking towards Scoff "Kingy do you know where my mum is?" She asked, he shook his head "she might be talking to the boss man?" SJ thanked him and jogged to her uncle's tent. She couldn't here a sound so she pulled back the curtain and froze, tears glistening in her eyes, her mum was kissing him. Her mum was kissing the boss man. Her mum was kissing her uncle Charlie. Georgie looked up and jumped "S..SJ it's not what it-" but SJ didn't wait for her to Finish she backed away from the tent choked in tears. She Ran "SJ Wait!" Captain James called after her, she ignored him, she ran past scoff tears streaming past her face "SJ?" Fingers called our concerned. Captain James was Running after SJ he Passed scoff "Boss Man?" Fingers asked "Leave it!" Boss man replied.  SJ kept running and Captain James has almost kept up with her. "SJ stop running!" She ignored him "SJ come on!" She kept running until she was took by surprise. Captain James Rugby tackled her to the floor! "Get off! Get off me!" She cried captain James pulled her up and held her shoulders "listen! Listen to me SJ"  SJ struggled against his grip tears streaming down her face, Charlie wiped her tears "Don't pretend like you care!" She seethed.
"I do care!" Captain James said earnestly SJ scoffed "yeah Right you cared so much you copped off with your best mates fiancé!" She spat "SJ your dad is dead, I'm sorry he is and nothing is gonna change that!" He replied "yeah but you Didn't have to cop off with his Bird did you!" She retorted.
"Georgie deserves to be happy!" He responded
"But aye uncle Charlie Maybe, Just Maybe third times the charm aye!" SJ snarled
"SJ stop!" Charlie said
"I doubt it tho, you too couldn't keep a partner if the world depended on it!" What SJ didn't realise is her mum was behind her. Georgie pulled her daughter round to face her, then everything went in slow motion, the harsh slap, the fall to the floor, the arms Captain James put round Georgie as she started to shake. SJ's eyes blur her mum just hit her "now get out of my sight! Go!" Georgie cried. SJ got up and just looked at her mum, Georgie broke the eyeline and looked at Captain James, they hugged each other. SJ swallowed hard her mum had made her choice. And it wasn't her.
