SJ was called into a meeting at school with Mr Mead in the morning.
"Ah Sapphire Jade I'm here to discuss your absence from school, to Afghanistan I believe" he began SJ nodded "yes Sir I leave tomorrow"
Mr Mead looked through the notes "we usually don't allow this but I see you got a letter of permission from.... dear lord Her majesty gave you permission to have a leave of absence" Mr read shocked SJ spoke "it's because a war lord Murdered my father sir" Mr Mead looked sympathetically at her. "Ah yes I heard. Well as your gone for 6 weeks we have work for you and twice a week you will have a zoom call." He finished and SJ nodded. "Right so each teacher will give you work and Mr Charles James gave me his fax number to fax over more work" SJ forced a smile she was going to kill her uncle Charlie for this. "That will be all Sapphire Jade" SJ went for the door "oh and sapphire Jade, have a good trip" SJ smiled "thank you sir"
