Hayes' P.O.V
I walk out of the bathroom, and the first thing I see are a few older guys putting their hands on my girl. She looks like she's struggling to get away from them, and I get pissed off.
"Get your fucking hands off of my girlfriend," I spit out. Emma turned around, and smiled at me.
"Oh yeah? What are you gonna do if I don't?" The first boy asked. I threw my skates off, and tackled the boy. Once he was pinned down, I kept punching his face until he was bloody. He rolled over, and did the same. But at the right moment, I kicked him in the nuts, and he went down.
"Don't ever come near her again, or I will beat the living shit out of you," I warned right before I spit blood on him. They ran out of the building, and looked kinda scared.
"Come on, let's get you cleaned up." She took my hand, and led me to the boy's bathroom. I sat down on the counter, and she kissed all of my 'boo boos', and got the blood to stop flowing.
"I love you so much. Thanks," She mumbled in my ear.
"I love you too," I mumbled back. She giggled, and I hopped down from the counter. She gave me a hug, and I hugged back. I'll never get used to this.
Emma's P.O.V
I walked out of the boy's bathroom with Hayes, and let him put his skates back on.
"Come onnnn!" I whined. He stood up, and I dragged him onto the ice. Hayes looked pretty shaky, so I grabbed his hand, and skated around with him. Eventually, he thought that got the hang of it, and let go of my hand. But it only took him 5 seconds of being alone for him to fall on his ass. I laughed so hard, until he pulled me down. Now he was laughing.
"Hayes!" I giggled.
"Emma!" He mocked.
"I love you," I sighed.
"I love you too." I stood up, and skated around the rink while Hayes attempted to stand up. After a couple minutes, I felt bad, so I helped him up.
"I'm gonna get a coffee! You want anything?" I wondered.
"No, but I'll come with you!" He said. We get off the ice, and I trudge over to the concession stand. I look at the boy whose working, and he looks pretty familiar.
"Can I have a caramel machiato please?"
"Coming right up!" The familiar boy replied. He walked to the coffee machine, filled the cup with coffee, put a lid on it, and grabbed a Sharpie. "That'll be $3.47." I handed him $10, and he gave me my change back. "What's your name?" He asked.
"Emma," I answered.
"Emma? Is that really you? It's Gabe! Remember me? I'm Jack's older brother!" Oh shit... I just ran into my ex boyfriend's brother.
"Oh my god, how are you?! I haven't seen you since you guys moved in 2012!"
"I'm good. Jack and I moved back out here a few weeks ago, and we live about 20 minutes away from you! He really misses you. He had a girlfriend, but they broke up."
"Well I would love to see him again! You guys are so fucking fun to be around!" I almost yell.
"Damn Emma! You never cursed when we moved away!" Josh laughed.
"Yeah, well things change. Sometimes you start cursing, and sometimes you start dating your worst enemy," I explain right before I peck Hayes' cheek. "Are you doing anything after your shift ends?"
"No, not really. It ends in 20 minutes."
"You guys should come over after it ends! Here's my number. You can give it to Jack. And here's Callie's number. She just broke up with Nash last night, but she would love to see you again." I hand him a piece of paper with our numbers on it, and I wave goodbye. Hayes and I take our skates off, and put our normal shoes back on.
"It was nice seeing you!" He yelled.
"You too!" I yelled back as I walk out of the building. "But I'll always love you, even if I used to date Jack," I whisper into Hayes' ear right after we get into the taxi to go home.

"Callie! Nash!" I screamed. I heard a girl crying upstairs, and I grabbed Hayes' hand. "Upstairs," I whisper. He leads me upstairs, and slowly pushes Cal's door open. There she is, crying on her chair, eating ice cream, frosting, and putting sprayable cheese on her crackers while she's watching romance movies.
"What do you guys want?" She whined.
"Jack and Gabe are back in town!" I announced.
"What?! Are you serious?!" She stood up and smiled.
"Yeah, I gave them our numbers. They're coming right after Gabe finishes his shift at the rink in 20 minutes, so clean yourself up!" I inform her.
"Ugh, I look like total shit! Help me!" She panicked.
"Okay, Hayes, find her gray sweater and red skinny jeans in her closet, I'll do Callie's hair, and Callie will do her makeup," I commanded. Hayes ran to the closet, and grabbed the outfit, while I heated the straightener. Callie applied some mascara and eyeliner.
"Emma he's gonna be here in 5 minutes!" She almost yelled.
"I know I know! But I... Am... Done!" I smiled. Callie got out of her chair, and pushed us out of her room. About 2 minutes later, she ran down the stairs right as the doorbell rang.
