Suki laughed loudly as Sokka and Aang had a dance off with each other as Katara had Toph hanging onto her on the dance floor. She swayed with the blind girl and spun Toph around a little but didn't let go as she pulled her back, Toph stumbled back into Katara and both of them burst out laughing.

Zuko had his arms crossed as the two boys pulled on him to dance but he was refusing, no one was surprised, but yelled and cussed when Sokka hugged him from behind to dance and Aang held his wrist to make him move around while the girls laughed at him.

They acted stupid but eventually they all where smiling and laughing together. Zuko held the girls phones in his pockets since Sokka or Aang would probably break them due to their dancing. It was fine with it so they didn't have to worry about dropping it.

Katara tried getting him to move as she pulled him by his hands while he tilted his head back groaning. Suddenly Katara gasped when he spun her around with one hand and extended his arm.

"Thought you don't dance?" She laughed pulling him back.

"I don't, I hate dancing," he smiled down at her.

They heard a slow song turn on and Zuko was quick to leave the dance floor when the person announced it was for couples. Suki wrapped her arms around Sokka and pulled him in for a quick kiss before they started dancing. Aang pulled Toph off the dance floor and followed Katara and Zuko to their table.

"At least admit your having a good time," Toph teased as they relaxed at the table together.

"I am," he nodded and they all applauded at him impressed but Zuko flipped them all off.

He sighed a little looking over the dance floor but paused seeing Azula was there. She didn't even notice him in her black dress that was off the shoulders.

Zuko smiled a little seeing she was dancing with ty Lee in her soft baby pink dress.

"Did you know?" Katara noticed the two girls and the way Zuko watched them.

"Kind of but she looks happy," he whispered gently.

"With how fucked up we are, I'm glad she's able to be here too," he said more to himself.

"Come on, next slow song we're dancing too," Katara kicked him a little as she had her shoes off from the pain of being in heels.

"No thanks," he waved her off. He could feel the stares some people gave him still, he still had a bad reputation to some students and he rather not be the center of their attention.

"Hey, your having a good time right?" Katara asked scooting closer to him.

"Yea this is nice," Zuko smiled gently.

"We can always leave whenever if you want, I'm just glad you came along," she touched his hand gently and Zuko pursed his lips nodding.

"Would you call me lame if I told you I've never gone to a dance... or learned how to dance?" He asked awkwardly.

"I would," Toph commented but Aang pushed her a little.

"No, not lame," Katara glared back at Toph despite her not being able to see it.

"So we're definitely dancing at the next slow song," she nodded determined. Zuko silently agreed as he bit his lip.

Jet watched the two from his own table with his friends, he noticed how Katara never let go of zukos hand after they stopped talking, he didn't pull away either. His blood boiled a little seeing he was happy, he looked like he deserved to be there, to be with friends.
