If you want me to remake this with he/him or they/them pronouns tho, tell me and I might cus I also dont go by she/her pronouns, so I get it lol)"Oh shit! I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed as I backed away from the boy who had just ran into me. I had always had a habit of apologizing, even when I wasn't the one who fucked up. "Are you alright?"
I could feel worry consuming me as I noticed a burning sensation on my chest and stomach. I looked down to see both of us covered in what looked like coffee.
"Oh, jesus, this is hot," I muttered, pulling at my shirt and trying to detach my shirt from my skin. "Are you okay, dude?"
I looked back at the guy who had run into me to see him just standing there. His eyes were wide and the coffee tray, which he was previously holding, had fallen out of his hands and onto the ground. This only further proved that the substance staining my shirt was coffee.
I furrowed my eyebrows and waved my hand in front of his face. After a few seconds, he snapped out of his daze and started freaking out.
"Oh god, are you okay? I'm so sorry! Gah! Th-this is too much pressure!" His hands went to his hair, pulling at it and darting his eyes between the two of us and the coffee tray on the ground.
"Hey, calm down! It's okay, dude. I'm fine. Are you okay?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows once more. I grabbed his hands and pulled them out of his hair, holding them down in front of him. He was shaking and twitching as he went from looking all around to staring straight at me. "Are you okay, dude?"
"I...I'm good," he said though his eyes were wide as he stared at me. "I'm so sorry, miss."
"It's completely fine. I wasn't looking where I was going and we both just ran into each other. Sorry 'bout that. Let me buy you replacements for whatever you had," I said, picking up the coffee tray that had fallen from his hands. There were four coffee cups in the tray so I knew he had to have gotten drinks for both him and his friends or his parents.
"Oh no, you d-don't need to do that! My pa-parents own Tweak Bros. so it's fine," he said. I nodded in response. "I'm s-sorry about your shirt."
"Oh, it's fine. It'll wash out," I said with a smile and a small wave. "You seem to have gotten more of it than I did."
He looked down at himself and shrugged before looking back up at me.
"I'm used to it. Th-this happens a lot more than it sh-should," he said with a bit of a wince. "L-let me buy you a c-coffee or something."
"Oh, no. You don't need to. I'm fine. I would like to walk with you to...Tweak Bros. you said?" I asked. He nodded. "I would like to walk with you back to Tweak Bros. if you wouldn't mind."
"Oh...uh, okay," he said. He grabbed the coffee tray out of my hands and threw it away before gesturing for me to follow him. I walked into step beside him.
"So, uh, I'm Y/N. I just moved here over the summer," I said with a smile.
"I'm Tweek. I've lived here m-my whole life," he said.
"Oh, I think I've seen you around some of my classes. Math with Mrs. Sobrin second period?" I asked as I realized why I had felt like I recognized him. He nodded. "God, don't you just hate her? She assigns way too much work, especially over the weekend."
"Yeah. It's p-pretty hard, I guess. C-can't say I hate her th-though," he said with a shrug. "D-do you have Mr. Harvey?"
"Yeah. I have him right after lunch. It's awful," I said with a groan. Tweek nodded in agreement. "When do you have him?"
