"Oh Tim look at our baby! Isn't she gorgeous?" My mom wiped tears from her eyes clutching the camera in her hands.

"She's beautiful! I mean she does look just like me." My dad shrugged before shooting me a wink. The sound of the doorbell rang as mom started clicking even more pictures.

"Woman you've taken enough pictures of the girl!" My dad sighed before going to answer the door.

"Well I'll be damned Will you clean up nice! I knew there was more to you than ripped jeans or sweats." I hear my dad teasing Will. I couldn't wait to see him. I know I didn't want to go to Prom at first but now I was looking forward to it but maybe that's just because I was going with Will.

"Your dad loves that boy." My mom sighed shooting me a warm smile.

"So do I." I admit honestly, feeling my heart rate quicken. It's the first time I had admitted it out loud that I love Will.

"I know you do." At that moment dad and Will joined us in the living room. Will stood in his charcoal gray suit. I told him he didn't have to wear the suit but he insisted. So there he stands in all his glory in a dark gray suit with a black button up shirt and an emerald green tie that matches my dress.

"Wow Cammy you look so damn beautiful!" Will's eyes widen as they roam up and down my body shamelessly in front of my parents. My hair was curled and pulled all to one side draping off of my shoulder. My emerald green silk dress was simple with a sweetheart bra line that hugged my body in all the right places. I wanted something simple and classy. The second I saw this dress I knew it was the one.

"You clean up pretty nice yourself." I shoot Will a wink. Nice doesn't even begin to cover how he looks. I've never considered myself a sexual person. Well mainly because I had no desires to have sex until I met Will. Even though we haven't even had sex yet I craved the intimacy. The thoughts of what I wanted to do to him flood my brain causing me to blush. My dad shot me a knowing look before he winked at me.

"Will go stand by Cam so I can take some pictures of you two together." My mom instructed Will who was more than happy to cooperate. My mom took at least fifty more pictures before telling my dad to take some with us before she sat the camera up on the tripod and set the timer before she joined us for a group photo.

"Okay you two have fun!" My mom shut off the camera once she was finally finished taking pictures.

"I'll have her home by eleven." Will pecked my mom on her cheek before raising his hand for my dad to shake. My dad started coughing before leaning over resting his palms on his knees. I felt worry lace itself into my veins. He has seemed more tired today than usual and his breathing more labored causing me to worry even more than usual.

"I am fine! Don't worry about me! I just swallowed some air. Don't rush home, you two go to the damn prom and then hit up some of the after parties! Go do whatever it is you kids are doing these days!" My dad stood back up straight. He shot me a look that screamed 'I dare you to argue with me even though you know I will win' look.

"I love you dad." I whispered while I wrapped my arms around my dad squeezing him tight but not enough to hurt him.

"I love you! Now go and have fun!" My dad practically pushed me out the front door before shutting it behind us.

"What kind of parents tell you to go to after prom parties?" I mutter as Will just laughs while he leads me to his car with his hand resting on the small of my back. Like the gentleman he is he opens my door for me and waits until I am buckled in before shutting the door and jogging around to his side. I stare in awe as his blonde hair flaps in the wind. How can one person be so perfect?

"No bike tonight?" I asked quizzically feeling disappointment that he didn't actually bring his bike.

"I didn't think it was best for you to be on the back of my bike in that dress." Will winked at me as he started driving towards the school.

Prom was already in full swing by the time we got there. Couples were wrapped around each other floating around the gym to a slow song.l while teachers chaperoned around the room. There was a photographer snapping pictures of couples under a balloon archway as they entered.

After having our picture taken Will grabbed my hand and led me to the dance floor. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I snaked my arms around his neck.

"You really do look beautiful Cammy." Will whispered as we floated around the gym to "Time After Time" I felt my heart flutter at his words but that wasn't the only thing that had me melting it was also the way his eyes burned into mine. How could I ever deny him? To try and push him away?

We danced like we were the only two people I the room, lost in one another and time stood still even though everyone carried on around us.

"I'm going to get us some punch, you stay put." I nodded and watched as Will made a bee line towards the punch bowl.

"You aren't enough for someone like him. Sure it's been good the past few months but eventually he will get bored of you. A man like him needs more than you can give him." Kennedy appears in front of me in a champagne colored sequenced dress, something so different than her signature color pink.

"Fuck off Kennedy." I snapped, my words caught off her guard because they widened briefly before returning to their normal size.

"You shouldn't talk to me like that!" She gasped taking a step back away from me. She's not used to anyone telling her off. For years I've let her talk to me like shit but I am over it.

"You shouldn't be talking to me at all yet here you are." I glance around the room for Will who was making his way back to where I was impatiently waiting for him.

"Here ya go my lady." Will hands me a plastic cup of fruit punch. I took a small sip of the cold liquid hoping it will help calm me down.

"What can we do for you Kennedy?" Will wrapped his arm over my shoulder pulling my body against his side before placing a kiss on my temple. The simple gesture had calmed the tension that I had felt. It was mind blowing how he had the ability to calm my nerves just from touching me.

"I- -I uhm was just stopping by to say you two should stop by Joeys. He's having a big after party you guys should come." I felt every hair on the back of my neck stand up. No way in hell would I go to a damn party especially one she's going to be at. Will wouldn't want to go right?

"Thanks but we have plans. Now if you'll excuse us." Will wrapped his arm around my wrist and pulled me away.

"We do?" I craned my head up to get a better look at his face. He looked almost nervous before nodding slowly.

"I- I go us a room for tonight." He nodded slowly searching my face for a reaction. He got us a hotel room?

"I'm not making any assumptions about what happens tonight. I just want to be alone with you."

"I want to be alone with you too." I blurted letting my eyes dart around the room suddenly overwhelmed by how many people were around us. The thought of us being alone was more appealing than this dance.

"You really aren't into these kind of things are you?" He smirked at me showing off his dimples and I almost melted right then and there.

"No." I shook my head no honestly. I wanted to come with him but now I wanted to leave with him, to be with just him.

"Neither am I. I just wanted tonight to be special. Let's get out of here."
