It is almost time to knock off school and I didn't attend any lessons today. I'm not sure if having this lunatic for a tutor was a good idea after all. After we got kicked out of class we went straight to the cafeteria. It was still early for lunch but it seems like they are used to having "Miss Adams" early for lunch.
She ordered two large chocolate doughnuts and a large cup of chocolate milk.

"There is something called cavities you know," I say and she looks at me like I have grown two heads.

"I know that. Now are you going to order or should I do it for you. We have to get out of here, windows to clean yah know."She says it like it should be obvious.

"Ok. Now I have a question; why am I supposed to clean windows with you? we are in this mess all because of you Miss Adams and I'm not helping you clean them."

"First stop calling me "Miss Adams", second you were also dreaming in the library so you should clean as well. I didn't force you to sleep now did I? and third you were late so you deserve your punishment."

God have mercy on me I'm gonna kill this lunatic I swear on my music. It's like she is programmed to spout nonsense whenever she opens her mouth. I decide to ignore her and order a vegetable sandwich along with a diet coke.

"Are you on a diet vamp, I mean Alan?"She mocks.

"No Miss Adams I know how to eat well that's all."I retort and she glares at me. Good.

We sit at a table by the window and Kiara digs into her food as soon as she sits down. I'm kinda surprised by her eating habits I mean she has a great body and everything about her screams rich kid and snob. I expected her to order something organic but once again she did the opposite.

"Did you eat breakfast, Kiara?"I ask because she is now devouring her second doughnut I mean other girls scream at the sight of the doughnut.

"No. Didn't you see I was early today and that means I had no time to eat my breakfast?"She replies and I roll my eyes.

"That makes total sense you know. I mean most people came early and they would have had their breakfast."I say

"That's their bussiness, not mine. I can't be early and manage to have breakfast. It's either I come late after eating my breakfast or I come early before eating."She replies and I look at her bewildered.

Her parents should consider getting her a psychologist. Kiara is just crazy simple and maybe Scott should just consider getting me another tutor. She is good at studies but I'm worried about her mom and dad.

"And do you like have eternal detention or something. Teachers don't even ask you what you did wrong?"I decided to annoy her.

"Am I in court Alan? Why are you asking me silly questions?"She answers.

"I need to know what kind of person my tutor is. You could be a lunatic for all I know."

"And you could be vampire or ghoul or grim reaper for all I know. I mean what's with the dark look?"

She always has an answer for everything. One could swear she was designed and brought into this world to be a menace. Teachers can't stand her and you can't help but get stressed when she opens her mouth.

"You are such a pain you know that?"I reply and she continues drinking her hot chocolate.

"And you are such darling you know that?"She says and I decide not to talk to this witch.

After "our lovely early lunch" Kiara takes me to the other part of the school. It's where first-year students' classes are located and it's a three-story building. We go to the third story part where most of the classes are made up of floor-to-ceiling windows. It's chaotic since it's now time for lunch and the kids are rushing to the Cafeteria. We squeeze through the students and Kiara takes me to an empty classroom at the end of the corridor. The classroom gives a perfect view of the entire school and it's beautiful. I didn't even know that there was a forest behind our school. I must have been frozen in a spot because Kiara says;

"There is also a waterfall in that forest. Not the famous one of course but a small one that runs by the river and there are all sorts of fruits in there. Welcome to detention Walker."She smirks and locks the door.

I can't help but smile at her. This girl is awesome but I will never tell her that.

"So you mean we won't be cleaning any windows?"I ask and she walks to the window and sits on the tiled floor.

"Do you see any dirty windows, Alan?"She asks sweetly and I go and sit beside her.

I can't help but grin at her: "No Kiara I don't."

I look at the amazing view and appreciate just how beautiful this place is. I start to wonder if there are any lions in that forest since this is Africa. I decide there and then that I need a tour.

"Are there any animals in there?"I ask.

"Yes but not dangerous ones. Most of those are at the Hwange National Park. There are only birds and monkeys in there and maybe snakes but nothing serious."She answers me in a normal way; for her that is.

"So we won't get in trouble after lunch when those kids return?"I ask because Kiara is a ticking time bomb. You can never be too sure around her.

"They won't. It's Thursday and that means there are sports and clubs. So we safe relax."She says and stares at the forest.

I now understand why she doesn't mind detention. The school workers clean the windows and she just comes up here for the peace. I look at her and for once I see a normal girl. She looks sad sitting on the floor like that gazing through the windows. Right now I'm just looking at a girl who is looking for some peace of mind. Snap out of it Alan. This is Kiara and she is trouble. I tell myself that but some part of me does not agree with that.

We sit there for hours and no one says anything. It's almost hometime when Kiara says that I should come prepared for my Geo lesson tomorrow. I just nod and continue staring outside. Sitting here with her somehow made me feel at peace. I will always join her for detention but I won't tell her that now.

"We should go. It's getting late."I say and Kiara looks at her watch and stands up and I'm surprised when she bursts out laughing. I look at myself to see if I have something on my face but there is nothing.

"What is it?"I ask and she stops and says;

"Do you still blame me for detention?"I get why she is laughing.No one ever comes back to class after lunch in this building. Only seniors have classes on some days after lunch. First years have sports and clubs and other practicals. Also, cleaners clean the windows and she never does any work.

This girl is a Genius. I also laugh at her logic and we leave the building in hysterics laughing like crazy people. Maybe just maybe I will drive her home today.
