Sage's POV

"Sir what the happened to your sleeves!?" My secretary said.

He handed me his handkerchief but I refused to use it. It's no use if I'm gonna wipe the coffee stain. It's all dried up.

"Did you bring a back up tuxedo?"- Secretary

"No I didn't. I left it in Mr. Cohen's office"- Staff

"We can postpone the board meeting, Sir. Or we can make them wait for at least twenty to thirty minutes more."- secretary.

They both stopped as I stood in front of the conference's door. I look at the body guards to give them a sign.

"Mr. Cohen is gonna enter now. I repeat, Mr. Cohen is gonna enter now."

"But sir. Your tuxedo is ruined---"

"Leave it." I said.

The guards opened the door for me. I went inside and walked straight on my chair. I noticed that they're looking at the stain on my tuxedo. There's some reporters inside this conference. This a very important meeting and announcement so they decided to air it on every business channel.

I tried to focus but something is really bothering me. I'm not bothered by the stain. I don't even care about that. But I can't take my off that girl. The one who poured her coffee on me.

"G-Good afternoon Sir..."

"What happened to his tux?"

"Why didn't he even change? Didn't he know that this meeting will be aired on TV?"

My secretary started to test the microphone in front of me. After that he moved it a little bit closer to my mouth area.

"Take your seats. We'll begin the meeting." I said.

Rachel's POV

"Rachel, Mr. Kinman would like to see you."

Napatingin naman ako kay Angelica, assistant ni Mr. Kinman na president ng company.

Tumayo naman ako at sumunod kay Angelica.

First day ko pa naman ngayon kaya hindi ko alam kung bakit ako pinatawag.

Naglakad kami sa tapat ng office ni Mr. Kinman. Pinagbuksan ako ni Angelica at pinapasok sa loob. Hindi na ito sumunod at naiwan kaming dalawa ni Mr. Kinman sa loob ng office niya.

Naka-tayo ito sa gilid ng table niya habang iniinom yung kape niya.

"You wanted to see me, Sir?" Kinakabahan kong tanong.

Binaba niya yung mug at seryosong napa-tingin sakin.

"Do you know that you almost put my company at risk?"

Napakunot yung noo ko sa sinabi niya.

"P-po?" Pagtataka ko.

"One of Mr. Cohen's staff went to the cctv room. They saw how you poured your coffee all over Mr. Cohen's tuxedo. Did you know that Cohen went to the meeting wearing that tuxedo with a coffee stain!?"

Nanlaki yung mata ko. Hindi ko inaasahan si Mr. Cohen pala yun! Hindi ko naman kasi siya kilala. Shet. Patay tayo.

"I-I'm sorry Sir. It wasn't my intention to do that---"

"Even so. I can't let anything like that happen again. I'm really disappointed at you Rachel. And today was your first day " pagputol ni Sir sakin.

"I'm sorry but you're fired, Rachel."

Bigla akong nataranta.

"S-Sir please I won't do that again---"
