Sometimes, Glitches Are Good

Sapnap and Girls Night

He sees smoke rising and decides to investigate. He soars across the trees until he reaches the giant bonfire. A man with raven black hair and a white bandana was tossing more sticks into it. He lands next to him, slightly surprised when he doesn't react.
"I'm Grian."
"Sapnap."
"It's nice to meet you."
"You too."
That was the end of the conversation for a bit. Idly, Grian starts to help him add more sticks.
"What exactly are we doing here?" He finally asks softly.
"Arson, clearly," Grian snickers softly in response, but he continues, "but uh, ahah, fire has always calmed me. That and I'm looking for someone."
"Who?"
"Short answer; god. Long answer, I think she's Dream's sister, in a way? Gosh, it's confusing. Uh, Tommy's the only person she really like... Appears for, they're good friends I think. Either that or they hate eachother. But, Puffy wanted to invite her to girls night."
"Girls night?"
"Yeah, Puffy, Alyssa, Niki, and I have a girls night once a month." Grian gives him a confused glance and he laughs, "I'm invited cause I can paint nails and do hair." Grian laughs too.
They sit there for a few hours, enjoying the silence and warmth. Sapnap passes him a marshmallow on a stick and they start to roast them.
Two marshmallows later and theres a flash of light, a girl in a mask similar to Dream's stood nearby. Grian offers her a marshmallow and she delecately takes it, shoving it into her mouth with far less grace. She sits next to them. Grian realises she can't be older than 13, maybe 14.
"So... Puffy wanted to invite you to girls night." Sapnap finally says.
"Sick. When and where?"
"Tomorrow afternoon till whenever we wanna stop, the mushroom house just off the path."
"I'll be there." A few minutes later, she disappears with the bag of marshmallows. Grian helps Sapnap douse the fire, returning to the general SMP lands.

The next day, Grian was walking past the mushroom house when his wrist was grabbed and he was dragged inside.
"There's no way we're leaving you out of girls night." Is all Sapnap says in explanation. He sits down, Niki handing him a cookie, which he takes with a soft 'thank you.' Sapnap starts braiding his hair (It was short, but he found small bits to put in tiny braids) while the god, she introduced herself as Drista, paints his nails. He just vibes. This was nice.
He ends up braiding Niki's hair, knowing how because for a year or so before highschool, Taurtis had really long hair and he'd let him mess with it. He missed Taurtis.
The night was chill, with what was happening in the server and what they'd been up to over the past few weeks being the general conversation topic. He learns of an egg he should avoid, faintly remembering George had mentioned it, and that Niki had been getting more visitors to the bakery recently. Sapnap admits he hadn't seen Dream in weeks.
Drista is the first to leave, promising to come back for the next girls night. Alyssa heads out next with a plate of cookies from Niki. Grian leaves at the same time as Sapnap, thanking them for letting him into girls night, and they assure him he's welcome anytime.
He doesn't work on any inventions that night, simply passing out. He was very tired.
