9. Recitals

Author's POV,

They were all buzzing inside women's locker room like bees. Constant shouts and talking with giggles and laughs were heard all over the room. Lisa was stretching out making sure she is ready to make it her day.

Jennie was on the other side talking with someone on phone so happy, Lisa just stared at the way Jennie sounded happy when she speaks to her brother.

" Am I disturbing you?" Jisoo asked.

" Oops, Nothing" Lisa shrugged off.

" You are so whipped for her" Jisoo said.

" Everybody is, Can't you see other girls staring at her?" Lisa said still giving glances at Jennie's side. Jisoo brushed off knowing that it's waste of time arguing with her.

"Did you ask her for the party?"

" I am scared Jisoo, what if she rejects me?" Lisa asked sitting on a bench.

" Definitely she will" Jisoo teased.

" No negative vibes, I am definitely gonna pull it" Her confidence over-flowed.

"Give up Lisa, that's not happening"

" You are challenging me Kim Jisoo?" Lisa pushed her eyebrows up.

" No, I am betting you" Jisoo didn't go back.

" What if I win? " Lisa asked devilishly.

" You're getting my brother's Porsche 718" Jisoo betted with her brother's sports car. She knows she has to play hard to get it from her brother. Lisa has always loved her brother's choice of cars when she stepped into seoul city.

" You always Aim big Jisoo, What do you want in return? " Lisa asked a little feared.

" You are getting me a date with Rosé" Jisoo said.

" That's Impossible Jisoo, she doesn't even talk to me properly. She always rolls her eyes off whenever we cross paths" Lisa protested.

" That's what I am saying, Jennie never went to parties with any other women or men except Rosé and your option of getting Jennie is Mission Impossible" Jisoo chuckled.

" Whatever, a deal is deal. I am getting it no matter who comes in my way " Lisa said getting up face to face with Jisoo who was standing.

" Good luck with your performance. I will be cheering for you on the bleachers" Jisoo said handing a bouquet to Lisa which she was holding for a long time.

" Thank you " Lisa hugged Jisoo.

"It's time, LET'S GO TEAM" Jennie shouted pulling everyone's attention on the locker room.

Cheerful morning in the Volleyball ground, flags and chants heard all over the place. Jisoo made sure she took a good spot so that she can cheer for Lisa giving her support.

Jisoo had lots of concerns this morning. As soon as she reached she was loaded with works but she made sure she had some time for her dear friend.

" You are Jisoo right?" A girl like her age asked Jisoo.

" If I am " Jisoo looked like she doesn't know her.

" I am Lisa's friend, I have seen you in the restaurant" that girl who wore casuals but still looked pretty said.

" That's good to hear but I am sorry I don't remember you" Jisoo said still clueless.

" I'm Minnie, any idea now" she asked sitting next to Jisoo.

Lisa invited Minnie to watch her performance because she has been one of her close friends recently.

Lisa was looking among the crowd of people to find her Jisoo and then Minnie waved her hands on one hundred and eighty degrees in the air. Jisoo was laughing at how childish these girls were among other teenagers.
