"don't you think you should at least try and reach out to your mom?" felix asked, sprawled out on yeonjuns bed while the other was sitting on the ground against the wall.
"you need more clothes, only she can bring them."
"but the last time I saw and talked to her, was when she dropped me off here. if she wanted to talk to me, she would've also texted or called." felix frowned. it was awful that the kids at this school all had parents or guardians that just didn't approve and thought something was wrong with them. parents are supposed to be supportive and love you no matter what, but things just don't ever go the way you would think.
"well what are you going to do? aren't you getting tired of wearing the same five outfits all the time?" felix propped himself up on his elbows, seeing yeonjun sigh.
"i don't exactly have a choice," he stood up. "i can deal." felix frowned.
"should we go get something to eat?" yeonjun asked, picking up his phone from the dresser. felix nodded and followed after him.
as they were walking out of the building, they noticed a group of people standing in a circle by the courtyard.
the closer they got, they noticed changbin was in the middle while kai being held back.
"aye, what the hell is going on here?" felix shouted, looking back between the two.
neither of the boys answered, to busy glaring at each other. "changbin, let's go." felix grabbed his arm, feeling how tense the boy was. changbin broke the glare, looking down at felix, quickly becoming calm.
they made there way from the circle, yeonjun following behind them. yeonjun didn't want to be to close to the two, as it seems changbin only really wanted to be around felix.
felix turned around, seeing yeonjun. he said something to changbin, turned around and walked up to yeonjun.
"im not sure what happened, but he's really upset. im going to take him to his dorm, raincheck on lunch?" yeonjun nodded, giving a brief smile before watching felix go back to changbin and taking off.
yeonjun looked around, unsure of what to do next. he hasn't been here long enough to make many friends.
he sighed, making way to the cafeteria. he knew exactly no one here, and as he was about ready to turn around and walk back to his dorm, a voice popped out behind him.
"you look like a lost puppy?" yeonjun looked behind him, catching a grinning soobin.
"i kind of feel like one." yeonjun avoided eye contact, he was slightly embarrassed.
"where are your friends?" soobin asked, "busy, yours?" yeonjun answered.
"not busy, just not in the mood to hang with them." yeonjun nodded, ready to walk pass soobin and out of the building.
"are you avoiding me or something?" soobin asked, stepping infront of yeonjun, catching the boy of guard. "no, why would I?" yeonjun answered, a slight tremble in his voice.
"it's been four days since saturday, and everytime you see me, the conversation lasts about a minute before you take off." soobin waited, watching yeonjuns focus shift anywhere but his eyes.
