"you heard me yeonjun, don't make me repeat myself." hyunjin marked. yeonjun looked hurt and confused, while soobin was about ready to jump at the newly introduced boy.
"how am i an asshole?" yeonjun asked, stepping closer to hyunjin.
"you know exactly why, don't play dumb."
"obviously i don't if I'm still standing here with you." hyunjin rolled his eyes, "you have some nerve coming back."
"nerve? are you serious? what the hell is your problem?" yeonjun crossed his arms, glaring at the other.
soobin on the other hand was just waiting until he had to jump in and pull the two apart.
"my problem? your the one with the problem, leaving and leaving behind cruel letters." he glared, "like seriously, we practically grew up together, and you say those kind of words?"
"hyunjin, what the hell are you talking about. I never wrote any letters." yeonjun uncrossed his arms slowly, confusion now hitting harder.
"what a liar, just admit it already damn."
yeonjun grabbed hyunjin by the shoulders, getting his attention clearly. "i. didn't. write. any. letters."
"then what were those letters your mom gave us all?" hyunjin pulled away, still very much angry.
"I don't know, but they weren't from me."
"they were signed by you though." this time, hyunjin had calmed his anger voice, though he was still quite upset.
yeonjun squinted his eyes, taking a look at soobin who was waiting to see what happens next.
"hyunjin, whatever my mom gave you was probably her doing. i didn't write any letters." yeonjun sighed.
hyunjin stayed quiet, looking at yeonjun while trying to understand what he's actually meaning.
"so you didn't write us any goodbye letters?" yeonjun shook his head no.
a second goes by, then hyunjin goes to smack yeonjuns shoulder a few times, recieving a wince from the other.
"so you didn't even say goodbye!?" he shouted, smacking him again. yeonjun moved, catching hyunjins wrists.
"i didn't even know i was leaving to even think about saying goodbye! so stop hitting me!" he held hyunjins wrist, both boys staring at each other. soobin took noticed and couldn't quite understand the tension between two.
soobin couldn't tell if they were both angry and were going to launch at each other, or if they were both angry and were going to make out.
he hoped for the first option.
"why don't we go get something to eat and talk?" yeonjun suggested, putting hyunjins arms down.

the three of them were currently sitting in a booth at a close bakery nearby.
on the way to the bakery, soobin and hyunjin had realised they left there masks and hat back in yeonjuns room. so they both had to be careful walking around.
