Owen POV
My cheeks were stained with dried up tears from crying all my tears out. While sat in the tree house Knox and i made when we were nine. It felt so long ago, when things were much simpler than this. When Knox and i were just friends, nothing more, nothing less. I wish i could go back in time to when it was just me and him without Gina and Callum, without worrying what people thought about sexualities and what people did.
Simpler times. But here i was thinking about Knox and what it would be like if he had the same feelings for me like i do him. I know that's just stupid knowing that Knox wouldn't even look at me like that, not even a second. Not when he has Gina on his case all the damn time. It's just stupid hope that he could be with someone like me.
And here i was, sat inside the treehouse with an old blanket wrapped around me that was surprisingly still in good use, not what it would seem like if it was out in the rain and cold. My eyes started to slowly close until i heard footsteps coming up the steps of the treehouse. A gasp came from my lips and when i looked at the door familiar blonde hair blew in the wind.
Knox opened the door and came in looking at me. He shut the door and sat down next to me pulling me to his side where i laid my head on his shoulder.
"Your family are worried about you." Knox broke the silence. I shrugged only wanting to be away from people for a while.
"It's cold, Owen. Let's get you home or at least to my house." He sighed. I shook my head not wanting to leave the comfort of the treehouse. "Are you going to ignore me? Just going to keep answering me with a shrug, shake or a nod?" He chuckled a little.
I nodded but couldn't help but let a small smile slip. Knox sighed and laid his head on mine and taking my hand in his. Immediately i pulled my hand away and placed it back in my lap silently telling him i don't want to hold his hand.
He let out a sigh but left it at that. I slowly lifted my head so Knox would lift his as well so i could sit how i was before, only i pulled my knees to my chest resting my chin on them. Knox sighed but didn't say anything leaving us in complete silence.
"Owen, i just want..." He started.
"L-leave Knox." I whispered but loud enough for him to hear me.
"Look, it was a shock to me, ok. I had no idea..."
"Knox." I turned my head and glared at him. "Leave."
"Will you just hear me out?" He asked.
"No. G-get out a-and leave me a-alone." I managed to get out without trying to sound like i was going to have another break down.
"I'm not leaving." Knox glared back at me.
"F-fine, I'll l-leave t-then." I stood up only to be pulled back down on to Knox's lap.
"None of us are leaving until we talk about this."
"T-there's n-nothing to t-talk a-about." I stated while trying to get out of his hold.
"Will you just listen to me?" He growled.
"No." I shouted while still wiggling in his arms to leave. Only did i stop when Knox held my head in place and put his lips over mine. My eyes widened like the last time and slowly closed as my body relaxed into his.
Our lips started moving together quickly turning heated. My mind told me to pull away because i was still pissed off at him, but my heart told me to enjoy this while it lasted. I wrapped my arms around his neck, sliding my fingers through his hair tugging it slightly making Knox groan. His hands roamed up and down my sides as well as my back sending tingles all over my body.
His lips felt good against mine, but this was only my second kiss. Fuck knows if i'm doing it right or if i'm a good kisser. I'm only following what Knox is doing. I turned around so my legs were either side of him where Knox put both hands on my thighs trailing up my side again. His hands went to my back where he lifted my coat and t-shirt, running his cold hands on my warm skin. I shivered at the feeling but didn't stop, even when i felt like breathing i didn't stop.
Knox's tongue swiped across my bottom lip. What does that mean? Is it because it feels good to him or is it something else? Well my questions were answered when he pinched my hip making me gasp where his tongue met mine. I felt his thumb rubbing my back as his tongue explored my mouth with our lips still working together. It wasn't until i really needed to breath did we both pull away.
My chest heaved up and down as i panted to get air into my lungs. Knox was the same, his lips red from the kiss and his eyes full of an emotion i have never seen before.
"Will you listen to me now?" Knox breathed out. I nodded still trying to process what the fuck just happened.
"It was a shock to me, Owen. Ok, i didn't even know you were gay let alone even into me. Like come on, me?" He laughed to lighten up the mood. "You'd be shocked to if your best friend just sprung something like that on you wouldn't you?"
I nodded not knowing what else to say. I put my head down so he wouldn't see the tears forming. That kiss meant nothing, he only did it so he could say that.
"Owen." He whispered.
"I-I w-want t-to be alone n-now." I mumbled and went to get off his lap. Only Knox made his arms tighter around me so my chest was right against his leaving no room. Our noses were close to touching in which i could feel his soft breaths on my lips.
"I don't." He whispered. "I don't want to be alone, i want you to be with me."
"T-then f-find s-someone else." I said with my voice cracking.
"I don't want anyone else." Knox stated slowly sitting on his knees and lowering me. My back hit the floor of the treehouse with Knox hovering over me, his hips connecting with mine making me moan quietly making me grow harder with every second.
He mumbled something in Spanish that i couldn't quite get. Then he dipped his head pressing his lips back to mine. It seemed like it was just a peck, until he pressed his lips adding pressure and moving his lips. This time my eyes shut immediately and kissed back.
"You're all i want." Knox mumbled then went back to kissing me on the floor of our treehouse.
