Y/N is on her way to the Cobra Kai dojo, her dad, Johnny Lawrence, has asked her to come down to the dojo and help out sense there's a bunch of people that want to join Cobra Kai.

She pulls into the driveway, and grabs her keys out of the ignition, and puts them in her coat pocket.

Y/N gets out of the car and walks inside, seeing at least 50 people inside the little dojo. "Finally, you're here, Y/N. Come here." Johnny says, and Y/N walks up to the front and stands next to her father.

"Okay, everyone. This is my daughter Y/N.
She will be helping us out today." Johnny announces. "Does she even know karate?"
Y/N hears a voice, and looks over to see a kid with a large mohawk.

"Hawk, shut your mouth. She does know karate, thank you." Johnny says.

"You know, actually, Hawk, why don't you and her fight. Right here, right now. Give everyone a little example of what Hawk's defeat looks like." Johnny says sassily, confident in his daughters karate skills.

"Fine." Hawk says. Everybody clears off the mat except for Y/N and Hawk, and they get into their stances, and now at each other. "And... fight!"

Almost as soon as Johnny says that, Hawk tries to throw a punch at Y/N, but Y/N blocks it, and then sweeps his legs with her leg, causing him to fall on his butt.

"I win." Y/N whispers, with a proud smirk on her face. Hawk hates losing, and Y/N could easily tell.

"Nice job, Y/N, nice job, Hawk. I think we can tell who has won this match." Johnny says, and people begin laughing.

"Quiet!" Johnny demands, and the room goes silent. "Damn, you really got that much effect on them." Y/N laughs, and Johnny laughs with her, "Yeah I do."

"Okay!" Johnny shouts, and everyone walks back onto the mat.

Johnny starts walking around the mat and getting in people's faces. "Today, you need to prove that you are Cobra Kai material, and that you can handle what goes on in this dojo." Johnny shouts.

"Hawk!" Johnny says, walking up and standing in front of him, "Do you deserve to be in this dojo?!" Johnny yells. "Yes Sensei!"

"Aisha! Do you deserve to be in this dojo!?" Johnny shouts, "Yes Sensei!" "Miguel! Do you deserve to be in this dojo?" Johnny shouts, "Yes, Sensei!"

"Y/N! Do you deserve to be in this dojo?!" Johnny yells, "Yes Sensei!!" Y/N yells, almost louder then he was yelling.
She always enjoyed one-upping her father.

"Very good, Y/N." Johnny says, trying to hide his realization of defeat.

The class goes on for a little while, and then Johnny says that everyone can take a break.

"Take 5 everyone, you can get some water or whatever." Johnny says. Y/N hops up on one of the folded mats. "Can I sit?" Hawk asks, and Y/N nods her head.

Hawk grabs his water bottle and hops up on the mats next to Y/N.

"So.. where'd you learn how to fight like that?" Hawk asks. "If we're being honest, I'm self taught. But having a well known karate fighter for a dad helps too." Y/N laughs.

"Right." Hawk says, laughing with her. "So, how old are you again?" Hawk asks.

"Why..?" Y/N asks slyly. "No reason. I'm just wondering." Hawk answers, laughing. "Well, I'm 16, almost 17." Y/N answers.

"Oh, me too." Hawk replies. "That's cool." Y/N says, "Yeah." Hawk says. They sit there in silence for a couple seconds, and then Hawk speaks up.

"Are you busy tomorrow?" Hawk asks out of no where. "No, I'm not." Y/N answers.

She gives him a suspicious look. "Well.. do you maybe want to come to my house?" Hawk asks.

"Are you asking me on a date, Mr Mowhawk?" Y/N asks, and Hawk rolls his eyes. "Maybe." He answers.

"Well, what would we be doing at your house?" Y/N asks. "Well.. Um.." Hawk says, laughing.

"Oh my god, get your head out of the gutter. How about a movie?" Y/N asks, and Hawk nods.

"Yeah, that." Hawk answers, smiling. "Okay.. well, it's a date." Y/N smiles at him. "Great."

"K! It's been five minutes! Get off your asses." Johnny shouts, then spots Y/N laughing at something Hawk had said.

"Hey! Hawk! Quit flirting with my daughter." Johnny says, causing Hawk to quickly jump off of the mat, and almost falling.

"Shit, I'll be right back. Just keep doing what you were doing I guess." Johnny says,

Y/N begins laughing at Hawk's fall, and Hawk stands up and looks over at her. "You think that's funny?" He asks, and begins chasing her around the room.

"Ah!" Y/N yells, as Hawk catches her and begins to tickle her. "Stop it!" Y/N yells.

"Yeah, Hawk stop it." Johnny repeats, standing in the hallway and watching them.
"Whoops." Y/N says sarcastically.
