the sekai takai wasn't a competition to take lightly. sensei larusso wasn't kidding when he warned about the challenge, and after the first few rounds, your dojo was struggling.

as co-captain alongside robby keene, you'd both had a tough day, and the whole team was feeling the pressure.

you decided the best thing for everyone was a reset—after all, you were in barcelona. why not take advantage of it?

you and sam had gotten ready together an hour before, and met up with some other members of your dojo. as you arrived at the bar and exited your rental car, you noticed a particularly nervous robby stepping out after you.

once everybody was out, the group started to go in, but you, sam, and miguel stayed behind to offer robby some company. you all knew he was still sad about tory, which was understandable, but you didn't want that to ruin his time in barcelona since it could be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

you couldn't even speak a word to robby who was sat across from you before kwon, tory and his minions walked up in attempt to intimidate.

at first, kwon looked at you and sam, taking in your looks and fancier attire. "you ladies clean up nice!" sarcasm was significant in his tone, as he looked to miguel and robby, "you boys are lucky."

you and sam giggled as both robby and miguel physically cringed at kwon's words.

kwon walked away when he didn't get much of a reaction out of the group, followed by the rest of his cobra minions.
you rolled your eyes and stood up. "i need a drink."

your group nodded in unison, and followed you up to the bar. the bartender was in the middle of making some drinks, and you recognized some fighters from iron dragon, which was stationed in hong-kong, sat at the opposite side of the bar.
the bartender comes over to you, with a sly smile on her face, causing some confusion on your part.

"your y/n right?" you suddenly look at your friends and back to her, curious to as how she knew your name.

the bartender continued, she looked as if she was trying to hide her smile. "the guy

kwon walked away when he didn't get much of a reaction out of the group, followed by the rest of his cobra minions.

you looked down to the end of the bar, noticing axel, giving you a small wave before shyly looking back to his friends.
"looks like someone has a not-so secret admirer" miguel said, his words caused robby and sam both to chuckle, and playfully smacked his shoulder.
