Prologue

Background information;
Alice's parents, Rachel and Mica Ramirez-Prescott were murdered by Belltrix Lestrange and Barty Crouch Jr. after being tortured for information on the Potters' location. Michael was the one who told them of his family's location and became a deatheater at just 12 years old and no one knew. He had his ways of hiding the mark. Alice and her brother were raised by Andromeda and Ted Tonks. Michael is a deatheater and ran away to Malfoy Manor when he was 14 but was taken back to the Tonks household shortly after by Aurors. Alice is mixed but her skin only darkens to a tan in the summer. She has natural light pink hair that she was born with and no one knows why. She has big bright blue eyes and is very beautiful. Her animagus is a Phoenix, like her Patronus. She is 1/3rd Veela from her fathers side and she is skilled in Potions, making her one of Snapes favorites. She has a close relationship with Severus because he swore to her father that he would protect her if anything ever happened to to them. Alice is also bisexual and loves to help people come out as whatever they're sexuality is. She is also very supportive and loves learning about muggle things. She has a horrible relationship with her brother and doesn't trust him. She also doesn't know about him being a Deatheater.

Alice Prescott  never considered her actual home as a home. More like a place where you had to be careful what you said and who you mentioned. Alice was Pureblood though she never believed in the customs of it and she always thought that it was what was inside that counted and not your blood status. Her brother Michael never thought the same. He called Muggleborns mudbloods and people like the Weasley's "filthy blood-traitors". He also was very close with the Malfoy family. After their parents were murdered on January 30th, 1981, when Alice was barely a year old, they were sent to live with Andromeda and Ted Tonks since they were the closest thing they had to family, they couldn't go to Remus because of his Lycanthropy, the Potters were in hiding and Sirius was deemed irresponsible and incapable of raising children. As they grew up everyone noticed how Michael was slowly changing and Andromeda noticed he was slightly becoming like her estranged sister, Bellatrix. After Michael turned 20 the year before Alice turned 11 he inherited the Prescott Manor. After much arguing he took Alice with him since he was her actual family. Andromeda was reluctant but agreed. After Alice got to Hogwarts she was sorted into Gryffindor and she was happy with that and knew her parents would be proud however the next day her brother sent a very descriptive letter to her;
Alice,
I've heard you've gotten into Gryffindor. That's fine but do not become friends with any horrific mudbloods or filthy blood traitors like that Weasley clan. Remember the Prescott family is more than that. We shouldn't be associating with people like them. If I find out that you are associating with them you will regret it the moment I see you again. I hope you understand my rules.

However that didn't stop Alice. She quickly became friends with Hermione Granger, Harry Potter, and the Weasleys. More specifically the Weasley twins, Fred and George. That's where the story begins....
