Y/n PovThe demon slammed me into the wall causing a groan to leave my mouth. With every muscle in my body, I tried standing to my feet but it was no use. I've been beaten so badly from this demon that my body has officially given up on me. It was a stupid idea for the Winchester's to agree to let me do this hunt alone. There were these demons torturing this poor family and I thought I could save them alone.
My heart started racing like crazy as the demon came closer to me, with a sinister smile on his face. He lifted me up by my shirt and shoved me roughly against the wall. That hurt like hell. Just as he was about to kill me a demon blade went right through his chest causing him to fall to the ground.
A weak smile appeared on my face seeing who my savior is. My body fell into Sam's arms as he held me tightly. "This is why we don't hunt alone," Dean glared before dragging the demons body away. My mind couldn't focus on anything right now other than the pain I'm in and the gratitude I have for them saving me.
"Are you okay?" Sam mumbled in my ear. I shook my head no while pulling away to stare into his dark eyes. He gave me a worried look as he held a firm grasp on my waist. If he were to completely pull away then I'd probably fall from how weak I am. My hands gripped onto his arms as a sharp pain shot through my back.
"We should go," I say as Dean approaches us.
"Y/n you look like you need a hospital." Dean replied as he looked me up and down with worry.
"That's what Cas is for." I tease. Sam smirked and wrapped his arms protectively around my body. He helped me into the car where we began our long drive back to the bunker. When getting there Cas wasted no time in healing me and I thanked him for that. Once the pain in my body disappeared I took a much-needed shower. It felt absolutely amazing letting the hot water run down my body.
When I finished I wrapped a towel around myself and made my way into the bedroom where I searched for some clothes. I got ready for bed then laid down wanting to forget this day ever happened. My eyes closed just as Sam walked through the door. He smiled seeing me and laid down next to me.
He pulled me close as his arms were holding me close. I rested my head on his chest and felt happy in this moment. "Dean was right, no more hunting alone." He whispered.
"I know." I sigh while staring a nothing in particular. He placed a kiss on my head making my heart feel all warm.
"I can't stop thinking about what I'd of done if that demon did kill you. I love you y/n and losing you just...it hurts." He admitted making me feel sad. I leaned up and stared into his eyes. A small smile formed on my face as I leaned down, placing a soft kiss on his lips then laying back down.
"Sorry Sammy but you're stuck with me. You have nothing to worry about, I'm fine and I love you." I assured him. He only grinned while holding me even closer if that were possible. We ended up spending the next few hours talking about anything and everything until sleep overcame the two of us.
"Goodnight baby, I love you." He mumbled tiredly.
"Goodnight Sam, I love you too." I replied before we both completely fell asleep wrapped up in each other's arms. Even though this hunt wasn't the best, having Sam by my side makes up for all of that. He's amazing and the best boyfriend I could ever ask for.
