Y/n Pov

"I can't...I can't let you go," Sam whispered with tears rolling down his cheeks. A painful smile spread across my bloody face as I reached up and cupped his cheek. "I know baby, but your strong," I assured him. He shook his head no, not wanting to let me go.

10 hours earlier

I sighed after I finished packing up my bag. The Winchesters and I are working a case about four hours out of town and Dean thinks it's a simple salt and burn but Sam and I think otherwise. It just doesn't seem like a simple case to me but I could be wrong.

"Ready to head out?" Sam asked as he poked his head in the door. I smiled and grabbed my bag before exiting the bedroom. He placed a kiss on my head making me grin as we left to meet Dean in the library. "Finally, god y/n it takes you forever to get ready." Dean teased me.

"Coming from the guy who spends more time on his hair than Sam." I joked making them both playfully roll their eyes.

"Okay let's go," Dean said making me smile. We then left the bunker and climbed into the impala before taking off. While Dean drove Sam took a nap and I did some more research. So far I'm coming up blank but I'm sure we'll find something soon.

The past four hours went by in the blink of an eye and before I knew it we were pulling up in front of the motel. I'm actually getting sleepy considering I didn't get any rest the whole ride here. While they grabbed their bags from the car I got us a room.

The moment we stepped inside I threw mine onto the couch and flopped down onto the bed. Sam chuckled and set his bag down on the couch next to mine. "I'm gonna go pick up some dinner then we'll get to work," Dean said before he left the motel.

Sam laid down next to me on the bed and wrapped his arms tightly around me. "I'm so exhausted," I groaned and he smiled.

"Get some sleep. Dean and I can handle it from here." He assured. I nodded and gave him a kiss before closing my eyes and going to sleep. My eyes opened slowly and I looked around the room to find that Sam and Dean are gone. Where the hell did they go?

A yawn escaped my mouth as I got up off the bed and made my way over to my bag. I grabbed my phone and called Sam but got no answer. It confused me but I shook it off and tried to call Dean next. They both didn't pick up their phones which isn't like them.

Worry started filling my body. What if something seriously bad happened to them both? I've gotta find them quick. Just as I was about to get my shoes on there's a loud banging at the door. Cautiously I grabbed my gun and made my way over there.

I took a deep breath before opening it up and finding a strange-looking man there. "Who are you?" I asked.

"Your y/n right? The girl dating a Winchester." He smirked evilly at me.

"I'll ask you one more time. Who are you?" I glared as I held my gun up higher. He looked at it and laughed as if I'm stupid.

"How cute. But your little gun here isn't going to work on me." He said. Suddenly he grabbed me and had me pinned to the ground. The moment I saw his teeth I knew what he was. He's a vampire. I've got nothing here to protect myself from him. Everything is in the back of Dean's car.

He bit into my neck causing me to scream and gasp for air. He was about to kill me but someone pulled him off me. I looked and found Sam and Dean standing there. Sam rushed to my side while Dean killed the monster. "Dean what do I do!" Sam yelled as he tried to stop the bleeding. "It's too deep and she's losing a lot of blood," Sam yelled.

"Can't...really...talk." Dean choked out. The vampire had his hands wrapped around Dean's throat.

"I'm not gonna let you die," Sam assured me but even I knew it's too late. I shook my head no and gave him the look. The look that says it's too late and there's nothing else he can do. He slumped down onto the floor with me in his arms.

"I can't...I can't let you go," Sam whispered with tears rolling down his cheeks. A painful smile spread across my bloody face as I reached up and cupped his cheek. "I know baby, but your strong," I assured him. He shook his head no, not wanting to let me go.

My eyes started slowly closing and he let out a painful sob. "I love you," I choked out. He nodded as he held me close to him.

"I love you too." He cried out to me. With that, I closed my eyes and let the darkness surround me. Being a hunter and living this life I knew this would always be my fate and weirdly I've grown okay with that. I just wish it didn't have to hurt Sam in the process.
