"Ahhh" I shoot up in my bed sweating and panting, I feel someone fall off of the bed and see James and Vincent rush into my room. "What's wrong? Is anyone else in here?" They bombard me with questions but all I can think about is my dream, "OW" I say as I fall off the bed. "Shit sorry" Vincent and James exclaim and help me up onto my bed. "Why'd you scream?" Jake asked as he got up off of the floor. "Nothing, just a bad dream." I say lying down under the covers. I look over at my clock.

11:50am

"Hey James, can I go for a run?" I say looking up at him. "Why? And alone?" He asks. Male wolves are over protective with their mother, sister, children. Natalie explains. Natalie do you want to go for a run? I ask her. Yes please, I need to get out. I can feel her doing somersaults in my head. "Um yeah alone because I can't sleep." I state the boys open there mouths to say something but I cut them off. "And no you can't come with me." 

"It's dangerous." Vincent says with a look of concern. "I'll stay in the territory. I promise, I just want to run around and let my wolf out. Please." I beg. "What your a werewolf!!" Jake yells, I'm guessing James and Vincent already knew. "Yeah I kinda left that bit out didn't I?" I say nervously. "Hell yeah!!" He yells pissed at me. Raven go for that run you wanted. While Jake calms down. Vincent says through our mind link. OK thanks. I reply.

I sneak out of my room and head out to the woods, I get a calm feeling about being watched. I shrug off my clothes behind a tree and shift into my pure white wolf, I let Natalie take over. I look through her eyes at the trees until we stop at a clearing with a small lake. I gain control over my body and shift into my human form, I throw on my shorts and tank top. I walk over to the the lake and look down at the moons reflection. Isn't it great to go for a run under the moonlight? I say to Natalie sighing inwardly.

Yeah I could get used to this. Natalie sighs. I hear a twig snap, I jump into a a defensive stance looking around for danger. "Who's there?!?!" I yell, thinking of possible ways of escape. I hear a bigger branch snap making my head spin to my right, only then do I notice that I am a few yards away from Alpha Marcus's territory. "Shit" I mutter, starting to jog back the way I came from. Raven why the hell are you so close to Alpha Marcus's territory? I hear Vincent yell in my head. I'm sorry, I didn't notice my wolf brought me this far but I'm on my way back! I reply, I feel Vincent block me out. "Shit, now Vincent's pissed at me. Again!" I breathe out.

Just as I was about to exit the clearing I see Marcus cross over this pack. "Fuck" I mumble. I give him one more glance and start sprinting back to the pack house, soon enough I hear heavy footsteps close behind us. I hear Natalie whimper at the fact that we were running from our mate. Levi please tell Marcus to stop chasing us. I hear Natalie tell Marcus's wolf. No, we want you, no we need you. So please stop running from us, we swear not to hurt you. I hear Levi reply to Natalie's request. Levi! We have some healing to do. After we are done, we will come to you. Natalie requests, I hear Marcus pick up his pace.

Marcus grabs my wrist and pushes me up against a tree growling down at me, he holds both my wrists above my head tightly. I whimper at the pain, Marcus's eyes soften at seeing my frightened face. Suddenly Marcus's eyes turn black meaning his wolf has taken over. Natalie can you speak to Levi please. I beg her. OK. she says as I let her gain control over my body, I look at my eyes through his and notice that my eyes turn red when my wolf takes control.

"Natalie what do you mean by healing?" Levi asks dead calm. Please don't tell him. I plead to Natalie. "I'm sorry Levi, I can't tell you." She replies letting her head hang in shame. "What do you mean you can't tell me?" Levi growls making Natalie whimper from his tone. I pull her back and gain my control back "She said she can't tell you so she can't tell you!!" I yell at Levi, a menacing growl rumbles through his chest.

I flinch and watch as his eyes shift from black to his normal colour. Where the hell are you Raven? James yells at me making me flinch and Marcus noticed. "Who are you mind liking!!!" He yells at me reminding me of Mary, I feel tears escape my eyes and Marcus releases me and looks me over checking for bruises his eyes land on my wrists where they had already started bruising he reaches for my wrists but I pull back and run off towards the pack house. Guys I'm on my way back right now. I mind link the boys.

I run inside and straight to my room ignoring the questions being thrown at me. Soon I feel the drowsiness of sleep engulf me.
