Aisha's POV:
'Do Din' was releasing in 10 days and we had 2 press conferences. We were in the car. I [refer image(black instead of green)] was sitting next to Naushad Sir.
In Front of the Press...
"Are the two of you dating?" a reporter asked. "I do have a boyfriend. But, I'm not dating Darshan," I replied. Jai begged me not to reveal his name. "We heard you sing. Do line ho jaye?" Another reporter asked. I looked at Naushad Sir and he nodded. I smiled and said, "This is If Only by Dove Cameron from Descendants by Disney," before closing my eyes and beginning. I stopped after the first verse and everyone started clapping. I blushed, smiling. They asked us a few other questions and we posed for a few photographs. Thank Merlin they didn't ask me to pose with Darshan.
Darshan's POV:
I looked at Aisha as we drove back home after conferences. She looked so beautiful in that outfit. She was looking out the window, thinking about Merlin knows what. She didn't look at me at all today. She moved her hair to one side and shifted around. "What's wrong?" Naushad Bhai asked her. "These heels. I hate wearing heels. I would've worn sneakers if it were up to me," she chuckled. Bhai smiled at her. "You love comfortable clothes, don't you?" He asked. "Yeah. I'm not for pencil heels. I even broke my ankle once," she giggled. His eyes widened. She laughed. She looked so cute!! Ugh, I needed to get over this. They went back to looking out the window and I went back to staring at Aisha. Her phone rang. "Hi, Jai," she greeted. "Uhuh,/ Nope,/ Okay," she spoke and cut the call. She smiled to herself and looked away.
We reached the office. She got off the car and walked to her own car. "Jai, you scared me," she shrieked. She kissed his head and pushed him to the other side and sat in the driver's seat.
Aisha's POV:
"Tu kuch aur pehen ke nahi jaa sakti thi?" He asked. "Press conference nahi hota toh main jeans aur sweatshirt mein jaati. Chaaya and my stylist decided that I'd wear this. Not me," I answered, getting a bit mad. We hadn't had a big fight in the past 2.5 months. "Tune apne ex-boyfriend ke samne yeh kyun pehna?" He asked. "Meri galti thodi hai," I said through gritted teeth. "You don't ever think he'd want to get back with you?" He yelled. "No. He doesn't. In fact, he was happy for me," I yelled back. "I don't trust him around you," he said, in a high tone. "So what? As long as you trust me, that's enough," I replied, looking at the map. "That doesn't make sense," he snapped. "If he ever makes a move on me, you should trust me enough to push him away. If he tries to kiss me, I push him away. If you don't trust me enough to handle it, then I don't know," I shouted. "You are so naive," he hollered. "Yeah. Because I don't know anything about guys assaulting me. I don't know what it's like for guys to want me for my money. Mere mein toh dimaag hi nahi hai," I barked, sarcastically. His eyes softened. "I...I'm sorry Aisha," he mumbled. "Sorry. Huh. Ek sorry bol diya toh sab theek ho jaata hai. Bilkul," I sassed. We reached home and I got out of the car, grabbed my things and walked to the other side. He opened the door and pulled me in, making me effectively sit in his lap. "I'm sorry, Ash. I shouldn't have," he whispered. "I don't like fighting. You know I don't," I whispered back, closing the door. "Forgive me. Please," he urged, making a babyface. I smiled. "Promise me you will never do this again," I spoke, stick my little finger out. "Promise," he replied, linking his little finger. I pressed my lips to his and pulled away before he could react. "Bye," I said, kissing him for a second more this time. "Bye," he said, kissing me, deeply. "Let me go, Jai," I mumbled against his lips. He pulled away and kissed the side of my lip. I got out of the car and ran home.
It still hurt for some reason...
