Part 2 of Aisha and Darshan's Story
A crazy, bubbly, happy guy. A crazier, passionate chick. He broke her heart and his own. She walked away without any choice. Their hearts were in a million pieces. He wanted a chance. She wanted to give it to him...
I woke up, groggily trudging to the shower. We had a flight to Merlin knows where. I took a warm shower and got changed into grey sweatpants, a black camisole and a white shirt that I knotted up. I put my hair up into a doughnut bun and pulled a few strands out before grabbing my suitcase and walking downstairs. "Aa gayi!?" Alisha smiled. "Ja kahaan rahe hai?" I asked. "Pata chal jayega," she said, coolly. I shook my head. "And, tera passport kal raat ko aa gaya tha. Mere paas hai," she informed. I nodded, yawning. "Chalo, utho!!" Niu cheered, running downstairs along with Tara. I groaned and we sat down in the cab. "Come on, be happy. Don't be annoyed," Tara cheered. I stuck my tongue out at her, looking away.
At the Airport...
We got our boarding passes and Niu grabbed mine before I could see it. An air hostess walked up to us and lead us to a private lounge. I raised an eyebrow and walked with them. We sat down and I laid my head on Alisha's shoulder, sleep slowly taking over.
"Uth, boarding time," Alisha whispered in my ear. I opened my eyes and trudged alongside them. We boarded the flight. First-class. Cool. I sat down in my seat next to the window and Niu sat beside me. She hugged me and kissed my head, before cuddling up next to me and closing her eyes. I shook my head, helplessly and laid my head on her head and let sleep take over. "Abe, tum log so kyun rahe ho? View hai!!" Alisha asked from behind. I opened my eyes and looked out the window. I smiled at her and stared at the runway and the wings of the aeroplane.
I spent hours watching the fascinating scenery, grinning from ear to ear. "Niu. Wake up. We're here. Wherever we are," I said, mumbling the last part. I rubbed Niu's arm and she woke up. "Kaun hai be?" She mumbled. "Aisha Kaur Dhillon," I said. "Oh, hi!" She smiled, rubbing her eyes. "Why are we on a flight?" She asked. I smacked the back of her head. "Got it. We're going to Italy," she said, alert somehow. "NIU!" Tara groaned. "We're going to Italy?" I asked, grinning wider. "Yes," the girls said, tilting their heads. "I love you," I smiled. They grinned.
Rome...
We walked into our room (refer image) and I smiled. "You guys are literally the best friends ever," I cheered, almost crying. "Awww," they cooed, hugging me close. "Niu and Tara will share a room," Alisha said and they walked to the room opposite to ours.
I washed my face and sat on the bed. "Kya hua?" Alisha asked. "Uh, does Darshan know?" I asked. "Aww, you're missing him, aren't you?" She asked. "No. It's just... he knows, doesn't he? And, he told you guys where he's taking me for our honeymoon?" I asked. "Yep. You want me to tell you?" Alisha asked. I nodded, scrunching my nose, smiling. "Okay, I will give you a hint. Guess," she said. I nodded. "This place's football team has one of your most favourite players," she said. "Argentina?" I asked. She nodded. "YAS!!" I whispered. She grinned. The other two walked in, sitting on the bed. "Whatcha talking about?" Niu asked. "Argentina," I replied. She gave me a teasing look and I blushed. "Babe, we're going to go to Colosseum tomorrow," Niu smiled and I nodded. "Hey, when's Di reaching?" I asked. "Today, around 3 hours later. She'll be in the room beside ours," Tara informed. I nodded and looked around. "Ugh. I wish I had my pocket printer and Instax," I muttered. Niu placed them on my lap. "You remembered!" I smiled. She grinned. "Okay, get in," I said, switching my camera on. I took a selfie and it printed on its own. I pulled it out and started swaying it to dry it. "Cool," I said, looking at the polaroid. The girls looked at it and smiled.
"Shraddha's here," I grinned, squeezing her, tightly. She hugged me, tightly. I chuckled and pulled away. "Get changed, we're going down for dinner," I ordered. "Dinner? It is 6 pm," Shraddha asked, raising an eyebrow. "We're in Rome," I said. She nodded, realisation hitting her hard. She walked to her room.
We walked downstairs and ordered our food. Cacio e Pepe. Sounded yummy. The food arrived and I smiled at the waiter. It looked delectable.
