Sokka

How can you go on living with a broken heart?

The boy had found it impossible to sleep. Hours and hours he was submerged in the sea of his thoughts, pondering if he had done something wrong, if he had had a misunderstanding with someone.

Sokka was thinking about the possible motives for the attack on Suki. He created in his mind an immense mural of possibilities, connecting the loose ends that could be escaping him.

He thought first of the students of his girlfriend. They all seemed to get along excellently, they admired Suki, in no way could it have been them; He quickly dismissed that idea.

Any enemy from the past?

Former Fire Lord Ozai was in prison, in fact most of his enemies were.

He was left without someone to blame for a few moments, until a distant memory came to his mind. Suddenly he felt fear, as if a small dagger were ripping through his heart.

Azula is not!

His pulse was increasing, he was trying to find a way how their destinies could have come together again.

Azula was really an enemy of Suki, they had not heard from her for years, it would not be strange if she returned to take revenge.

He wandered that idea in his mind for long minutes

Sokka stood up, pushing aside the heavy sheets that covered his body, keeping him acclimated.

He passed through the room gently: A rather comfortable bedroom and familiar to him, since Sokka had taken it upon himself to design it.

He opened the curtains of the large window that was there, allowing the morning light to illuminate the entire bedroom.

One day that was just beginning, there were only small rays of sunlight hitting the walls of the Temple.

Sokka shyly turned to Suki, who was still asleep. The night before he had been alert, with whatever sound he heard, he would immediately get up to be disappointed.

The girl only sighed deeply from time to time, making Sokka believe that she was waking up.

The Warrior of the South caressed her face gently, remembering the fractions of her face when she smiled; Her pupils burned with passion whenever she did.

Now ... she just don't do it anymore.

But his hope remained firm, he knew that Suki was hurt, knocked out, but she was there, she was still alive that was the important thing.

The boy turned away from her again, remembering once again the wild idea that he had been playing in his head for a while.

Was it possible that Azula was back?

He didn't want to believe it, although the possibilities were always there.

It was a Firebender who had attacked her, of that there was no doubt. But that the crazy Princess of the Fire Nation did it, it was hard to believe.

What motives would she have with us? Why would she run away once more?

They were the questions that he still had to decipher.
