Chapter ready girls!!. I would like to know your opinion. Enjoy it.  I have a couple of questions for you at the end.

Aang

It was when he ushered in the guests that the music began to play.

He stood next to Katara, to one side of the great portico that gave access to the Temple. He received the councilors who were accompanied along with his couples. Aang asked the acolytes for favor, taking each of them to their corresponding tables.

They all looked pretty stylish for the party; He repeatedly wondered if it was necessary for him to wear his formal suit as a monk, with intense shades of yellow and an orange sash at his waist. Finally he had decided that he would wear his usual clothes, only this time accompanied by a long red cape down to his ankles.

He quickly thought that his clothing was inappropriate when Zhanxi approached them, arm in arm with King Kuei. She looked quite different that night, who at first glance stood out from everyone else.

Only a smile was exchanged between the two of them before they led it to her table. Little by little, they passed until none were left out of the place.

"Ready?" The airbender asked her. Aang took her hand so that they could both go to their places.

"I'm ready, sweetie!" She released his hand to better hold his arm.

As they entered the place, he listened to the music blasting, while everyone spoke with the companions at his table. Aang and Katara sat next to each other. Instead they were accompanied by Toph, Hakoda, and Melina.

"Everything feels great, guys!" Exclaimed the Earthbender.

Aang pushed the chairs away from the table so they could both sit down.

He would have loved that Toph could actually see all that; Sometimes he wondered if her lack of vision somehow affected her. When there were big shows, the only thing Toph could feel was intense vibrations through her feet. He knew exactly how that felt, it was a rather strange experience, but at the same time he enjoyed that rare power. But as incredible as it was, nothing compared to being able to see things with a natural sight, it was beautiful to see all the colors shining on you, to see how great everything around you was, something that Toph had never been able to experience.

"Everything looks great too, Toph" Katara had answered for him, taking a seat.

As the food was served, Aang took a look around the place, noticing the presence of at least 20 Metalbenders guarding the place. They were standing, each in a strategic location in the Temple.

He could see out of the corner of his eye how Toph hadn't touched his food at all.

"Is everything okay, Toph?" The Avatar asked, concentrating his attention on her.

The Earthbender paused and pretended not to hear him.

"Look ... I know I haven't been to the Police Station lately, but ..."

"Everything is fine, Aang." she answered him in a cold way, not caring.

"I'm glad to hear that" continued saying more calmly. "But I want you to know that you are not alone in this." They have been very busy days, but ending, I promise that I'll go more often.

"Don't worry, Twinkle toes" Everything will be fine". Toph reached for her hand to search for a piece of meat and devour it in one bite. "Don't you know who I am?"

The monk nodded with a confident smile to the Earthbender. "Of course I know who you are."

While they lived together at the table, remembering some anecdotes from the past. Aang stood up to check that everything was in order with his guests. He went through several tables; King Kuei with Zhanxi seemed to have a very pleasant night, the councilors laughed out loud among themselves, something extremely funny for Aang, who rarely saw that facet in them.
