Chapter 11

"Accidental Hug"

Next morning mahir getting ready to go to office came downstairs and saw Anu talking with Sumi.

"Hey mahir, I was waiting for you only", Anu said standing up

"Why? There's something important or anything?", Mahir asked

"What is that so? Shouldn't I come just to see you?", Anu asked smiling

"No I din't mean that, you can come anytime Anu", mahir said

"Well, now I actually came to discuss something with you", said anu

"And what is it?", mahir asked

"I have selected a few outfits for our pre wedding rituals so I want you to choose among them", Anu said side hugging mahir

"Umm.. what do I know Anu? I mean I wouldn't know about ladies clothes so I guess you can take mom's help in it", mahir explained backing off from the hug

"I knew you would say this, but mahir I want to were the one you choose for me.. so please don't say no", Anu asked with her puppy eyes

"Okay fine Anu, but not now coz I have a meeting now.. can we meet in the evening today?", Mahir asked

"Yeah sure mahir, I'll wait here only for you", Anu said grinning wide

"Ok then bye", mahir said and left from there

Anu smiled as mahir accepted her request and again sat next to Sumi.

Hours later mahir came back home, but a little early than usual considering Anu's request. Anu's face lit up seeing mahir early home and was more happy as it's for her.

"I'll be there in your room in sometime mahir, till then you freshen up", Anu said smiling

Mahir nodded lightly and went to his room to freshen up. Once he came out he saw someone near the couch but he couldn't see property who it was due to the dim lights.

Knowing Anu would come to his room he thought it was Anu only there.

He remember how Anu face fell in the morning when he backed off from the hug, he knew he never intiated a step towards there relation while Anu always tried to come close to him.

He feared if she would call off the wedding if he still would continue to be the same. It's not that the deal which he signed for the wedding is so important but at the contracy it was of great profit which he din't want to let it go.

Shrugging his thoughts and deciding to initiate a move towards Anu he moved towards her and hugged her from behind. He sensed her gasp and wondered why she isn't reacting to his hug.

Little does he know that it was Bela he hugged instead of Anu. Bela was dumbstruck when she felt a touch from her back. She realised it was mahir as it was his room for obvious.

"You always complain that I don't initiate right, I'm sorry but you know this is how I'm.. isn't it?", Mahir asked still hugging bela thinking it to be Anu

Bela was now more shocked listening such from him but couldn't respond as she was having a file in the mouth. She tried moving and getting rid of his hold but her efforts fail with mahir's strong hold.

Mahir was confused of why Anu is moving like this as if she dint like what he did just did. 

"Mahir", Anu mumbled from behind
