"In A Fix"

"Vish you stay back here for tonight.. we shall think about it tomorrow", Sumi said caressing Vish's cheek

Vish just nodded and yuvi came near Vish concerned about her.

"Bela it's ok don't cry.. we shall figure it out slowly, you change and sleep now", Sumi said

Bela looked at her in stock of how she can be this cool when her son's bride just changed at a tight spot.

"Aunty I..", Bela tried to speak

"Who aunty? I'm your mother-in-law now, so you can call me maa Bela", Sumi said patting her cheek softly

"But aunty I..", Bela again tried but Sumi interrupted

"Bela if you want to talk to me then call me maa.. or else I'm leaving", Sumi said fake glaring

"Acha maa, but ar'nt you angry on me?", Bela asked

"Bela listen, what ever happened there isn't any mistake of yours.. you were also a victim so stop blaming yourself for this. Second, however it happened you are Mahir's wife now and I know you respect traditions a lot so you can't deny this fact", Sumi said smiling

"Mahir you say, are you fine with Bela as your wife?", Sumi asked smirking at him

Bela looked at him curiously, Sumi was right, though Bela din't want this to happen she can't deny the fact that she's now his wife. But she wanted to know what Mahir feels about all this happening now, they never even spoke nicely to eachother, she wondered if they could lead a happy life ahead.

Meanwhile, mahir was in a spot.. though still confused of his heart and mind he was much relieved knowing that he din't marry Anu, instead it was Bela he got tied in a sacred relationship.

"Mahir I can't wait my entire life for your answer", Sumi taunted

"Um.. maa, you know I never loved Anu so I don't think it really doesn't matter who I marry.. but since I married her I'll try my best to make up to my responsibilities", mahir said

"You won't change", Sumi mumbled

"Bela, you don't worry much.. try to give this marriage a chance, I'm sure you both can make the best pair ever", Sumi said warmly

"Maa I'm so happy, I was so sad that Bela wouldn't come to our house anymore.. but now she would stay here only from now", kuhu said grinning wide

That's when something stricked Bela, if she has to stay here from today then what about Vish? She can't leave Vish alone with her taunting aunt there.

"Bela I know what you must be thinking, Vish won't be staying alone.. she will stay here only, anyhow she has to come here after marriage so we really don't mind her staying from now only.. and your aunt, don't worry Bela we shall take care about her", Sumi said sensing her concern

Bela heart lightens listening to her words, she quickly hugged Sumi tightly as she could and sobbed in her arms.

"It's ok Bela, cry it out.. today had been a hard day for you", sumi said rubbing her back

"Thanks aunt.. I mean maa", Bela said looking down

"Better", Sumi chuckled

"Acha now everyone sleep, it's already late.. rest we can discuss it tomorrow, and Bela today you sleep in the guest room.. from tomorrow you can use Mahir's room", Bela eyes widen realising that she has to share a room with mahir soon

She looked at Mahir who was looking elsewhere. She diverted her gaze shrugging her thoughts and went near Vish.

"Vish you please sleep with kuhu today, I.. I wanna stay alone for sometime", Bela said

"Ok Di, but are you sure? I don't wanna leave you alone", Vish said with moist eyes

"It's ok Vish I'm fine, I just want some alone time.. don't worry", Bela said smiling weakly

Vish nodded and left with kuhu to her room while Sumi and yuvi also dispersed. Bela turned back and found mahir looking at her as if wanna tell something.

"I'm sorry Mahir ji.. though it wasn't my mistake, I entered your life without your permission.. if you don't wanna accept this relation then I'm fine with a divorce also, I can talk to Sumi aunty", Bela said sensing his discomfort

"Bela let's talk about it tomorrow, now I guess you need some rest.. so sleep peacefully, and by the way mom just asked you to call her maa so no aunty anymore", mahir said and left to his room

"He wants me to call aunty as maa, that means did he indirectly mean that he accept me as his wife? No no, I guess I'm thinking too much", Bela thought and left to her room

Though everyone supported and reacted in a position way, Bela was still not feeling good of what all happened hours ago. She never thought she would marry Mahir, not even in her dreams.. now she felt as if she was having a lot of burden on her shoulders.

She din't wanna stay in this relationship, nor her heart let her break it too. She wondered why, but decided to solve this later and changing into some comfy wear she soon fell asleep.

Next morning Bela got ready taking kuhu's dress and was tossing to and fro in the room not knowing what to do. That's when Sumi comes in and sees Bela walking tensed and smiled looking at her.

"Bela don't be so tensed.. it's ok, and sorry that I totally forgot to arrange your clothes.. but today evening is reception and I already got your outfit for that Bela", Sumi said smiling

"Maa, it the reception necessary? I mean will this marriage even work?", Bela asked worried

"I knew you would ask this.. but let me tell you something Bela, neither of us actually wanted mahir to marry Anu.. it was his choice and that too for a god damm deal only", Sumi said

"May be she wasn't your choice, but atleast if mahir ji choose her then he must be having some feelings for her.. maa, Mrs. Mittal said she would get Anu right, so let Anu only attend the reception as his wife.. I can divorce him later and he can marry Anu also", Bela asked with pleading eyes

"You really wanna do that?", Asked Mahir coming inside

Bela was shocked seeing him, she dint expect him to listen to there conversation and now she went blank infront of him.

While, Mahir was just passing and hearing to Bela's conversation somewhere din't go well with him.

He liked her, and he knew it.. but when he understood that she doesn't feel such for him he felt more like a rejection, and Mahir Sehgal was never being rejected infront of anyone or anything.

"So it's clear Bela doesn't like me and don't wanna stay in this so-called marriage.. fine, in that case I think even I shouldn't bother about it anymore.. let it just go with the flow", though mahir

"Um.. I din't mean that, I'm really not a good choice for you Mahir ji.. I don't think either of us can stay in this relationship for long", Bela said voicing her concern

"Bela I'll ask you one thing, will you answer honestly?", Sumi asked

"Of course maa, you can ask me anything", Bela said
