I'm sorry:

For breaking your heart.

For breaking your faith that someone can love you.

If I'm honest your love scares me.

It scares me because in contrast I feel numb.

I see the love pouring from your eyes,

Trying to help heal me and fix my cracks,

But I cant do that for you.

I don't think I love you.

And what does that say about me.

If I can't love such a great guy.

Can I really love at all?

Will I be able to give someone the believe, faith, you have given me.

And you deserve, God do you deserve, someone to help you heal fully.

Instead of my pathetic plasters

You have been such a supporting beam in my life for so long.

Too long.

I can no longer drag you through the mud.

I can no longer pretend that our love is anywhere near equal.
